    He made my car work (I drive an 1971 Mercedes). He cleaned/replaced all the hoses. He fixed the motor mount. The gear shift was cracked, which he fixed as well. It works a lot better now. The car used to shake when it would come to a light, which after I brought it here it no longer shakes. I would recommend him to anyone in the whole world. He was very honest. Everything that he did, he did right. He was recommended to me buy people who wanted to buy my car.

    First, let me say that I do recommend them and would use again. The only challenges were getting the appointment set up--their vehicle broke down; they forgot to return call at one point--but at the scheduled time, they were on time and did a beautiful job.   (Now I just need someone to detail my home office!!)

    I like Car Care. I'll use them tomorrow. I have an old car, it's a 98. They always fix something that I never ask them to fix and they don't charge me. They seem to go out of their way to help people. It's just the way their employees are. I had a bumper that was tied on with wires and falling off. The guy welded it back on for me. I didn't ask them to. I don;t remember if it was the same time or some other time, I had a side-view mirror that was falling, it wasn't hanging but it was there and you couldn't use it. He fixed it so I could use it again. It's not perfect but he did something to it so that it's usable. They seem to be reasonable. Their prices are comparable to other places. When they fix something, it's fixed. I don't have to go back multiple times. The thing that I'm impressed with is they really do try and help people. They do a little extra.

    This was the second time I went there.  The first time went fine.  This time not so.  The windows were only partially cleaned.  There were sections that were untouched.  The dash board and door panels were only partially wiped down.  However, the biggest problem was that they broke the rear cup holder and refused to accept responsibility.  They claimed someone in the back seat must have done it.  I haven't had any passengers in the back seat in the last month.  They said they "don't go into the back seat when they clean the interior".  I asked them how did they clean the back window without getting into the back seat.  They proceeded to demonstrate with some convoluted position where they hung out of the door and reached in from that position.  I looked around at the other cars being cleaned.  The attendants were in the back seat facing the rear window with their feet facing the back of the front seat.  Gee, I wonder how my cup holder in the rear of the console between the front seats got broken.  I spoke with the manager, at least he said her was the manager.  He was no help.  This car wash does a haphazard job.  They will apparently refuse to accept responsibility for any damage they cause.  They are negligent, irresponsible, dishonest, and unethical.

    Dana runs the greatest automotive repair shop around. Totally honest and has never tried to sell services that are not needed. For example, the steering wheel on my 99 F150 was exhibiting a shudder at low speed turns. After checking it out, Dana reported it was the seals in the steering box that were leaking. Rather than replace the box, Dana suggested using an additive and seeing if that cured the problem. He said it would take 2 to 3 weeks for the additive to do its things. Sure enough, the problem is now fixed at minimal cost. In the past, Dana has cured everything I have thrown his way on three different vehicles.

    First of all they advertise Peter M. as the active manager, who is actually retired and hasn't worked there in years.  I purchased my car about five months ago, and oil began to leak.  When I brought it to their attention they blamed me and said I must have done something to car.  Then they discovered it was a bad seal and bad hose.  They replaced it and the same problem occurred the same night. Later the after-market exhaust came undone, and when I had it looked at by another exhaust technician they said it was poorly made and installed. Then the engine began knocking and I took it into a certified Ford dealership/service center to diagnose the problem, and they notified me that I would have to replace the entire engine. When I confronted them about the car, they called me a liar and yelled at me then the situation escalated. He told me to get off of his lot while pushing me toward the gate. I just want people to know how bad this experience this was.
