    Sunny Coast Property Management
Mike has always come through for us as our property manager. He has helped us over the last four years with our income property in San Diego. He has made the experience of being a property owner a good one without any drama we have heard about from other rental owners. He has helped us in all facets of owning this property.  Mike has been a great Property Manager and would definitely recommend him for any of you property needs.

I have Cox and its not necessarily their fault but I don't like the way they handle stuff. Every time I get an increase, I go down and talk to them and they usually help me out. I've been a customer for them for like 28 years. When I call them, they are usually able to fix my problem. They respond to me good, I can't complain about that. Sometimes I have to wait a long time on the line for them to get to you.

    Energy To Organize
Natasha is amazing! She's prompt, professional and caring. She was willing to work with me on payments which I really needed.  She arrives on time and helps me get right to work. The best part is, there is no judgement what -so -ever. I've gotten so backed up on my mail/files/toys etc. that I thought I would never emerge-but Natasha at Energy to Organize has changed all that and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Natasha has helped me to create a filing system that is easy to use and work with.
She has also helped me go through the various "stuff" gently but firmly.  I love how when I hesitate, she stops and says "ok, tell me about this," and I talk it out to make a choice, no bullying!
Natasha is also available for Time Management, Productivity Consultant, Career Coach and Speaker. She is also currently serving as President of the National Association of Professional Organizers (San Diego Chapter).
As you can see, I'm very happy with Energy to Organize and right now, her service is ongoing. Check out her website at

Delivery was scheduled for between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm on August 1st.
At 1:00 pm there was no delivery and no communication of delay.  When I
called to check on the status I was told it would be approx. 1 hour, at
most 1.5 hours before the delivery would be made.
    At the
expiration of the outside window of 1.5 additional hours, still no
delivery and once again, no communication with me as the customer to
inform me of the status.  The delivery was received at approx. 3:00 pm.
The driver was unapologetic, and annoyed with me when I wanted to
verify the condition of the item (as it said in HUGE letters on the side
of the box to do before signing) and huffed and refused to speak.
people WASTED my entire day since I could not leave my house and they
missed 2 of their own deadlines!  The customer service people were
unhelpful and terse and kept me on hold for long periods.
The experience was horrible in it's entirety!

Boyds Off the Hook Phone Service
My townhome is 35 years old and I only had one cable outlet in my living room downstairs and one in my bedroom upstairs.  I wanted a new outlet in my little family room downstairs where I watch all my television programs.  My son had rigged a cable line for me that went from the living room along the wall and down another wall into my family room.  Needless to say it did not look very good.  Jerry was able to connect a cable from my office upstairs, bring the cable cord down the drainpipe on the outside of my townhome, run the cable line along the bottom of my outside patio and into my family room from the outside.  Now I can get rid of the mickey mouse cable line I had running though my livingroom to the family room.  He took his time installing the line and did a wonderful job.  Everything works perfectly.  Jerry has 30 years experience with Pac. Bell, is retired and very reliable.  I definitely would  call him again if I had other work for him to do.

    Grossmont Hospital
I was very satisfied with their services. They helped me out very promptly, even after they recognized us having trouble there, they rush out a wheelchair so that I can sit down, I was very satisfied with everything they did. In urgent care they don't take care of you unless you got either money or insurance like in advance so that's why there's no waiting. They've explained everything to me. The insurance took care of the billing so I don't have any problems with that. I'm so happy with them that I'll get an appointment again to get a primary care physician in the same unit.

    Cox Communications
Their customer service is normally good. The issue here is their converter boxes. We had two boxes in the house . in the past four months or so we have returned two defective boxes, and presently have two defective boxes in our posession ( in other words we do not have a functioning box) We exchanged a box on 4/25 and within two weeks the replacement was defective. i tried to return that unit and was told to sit and wait with the other fifteen or so people in the store. i dont mind waiting my turn but not every two weeks. when my wife returned the box previous to that she was that they are all refurbished boxes. not a surprise as they all seem to have the same issues. So we have switched to direct tv and hope that solves the problem. somehow after having cox for as long as they have been in san diego we owe them fourteen dollars for some kind of contract issue. There goes any sort of customer loyalty i might have felt.

    Allied Postal Products LLC
I decided that for security purposes I needed a new mail box. I consulted with the Federal Postal Services about my need so I could put my new box in or have someone put one in by their regulations and standards. The Postal Service Offices hand out flyers for this company at Federal Post Offices. I then called this company and got directions, and drove out to this store front. No one was in the office at first; but wisely I waited and they immediately returned. I then discussed price ranges and types of mail boxes. Wendy was nice and gave me all the information I felt I needed to have my box installed. We prediscussed the price and she said they would give me $30.00 approx. if I paid in full, etc... This was a really expensive endeavor costing me almost $700.00 for the box, and faux decorative rock and $75.00 for the installation. I spent one whole day waiting for him to come to my house; then he came much much later than he originally agreed on and I thought his reasons were " imaginarily made up to appease me". In other words he was late and made an "any excuse for it" as long as it was something I would accept. So he came back another day and installed it when I wasn't able to be present. This made me unhappy. Almost ANY one would agree that for 'just a mail box' $700.00 is significant enough that he should have been much more polite about doing the installation. In fact I thought all around he was rude to me. Only because they keep a key was I really nice to them; but, I might not have been if I didn't have the possibility of needing them in the future if i loose my key. So, they will probably read this and make me uncomfortable about needing their system in the future. I was unhappy not with the box itself; but, with this service. They also told me in the office that "if" I paid in cash or directly by check in full they would discount the price of the taxes off the over all amount. When I asked Jim about it he was visibly upset, and denied his wife had the right to "do that". I paid the full price even though they were really late, and weren't forthcoming with money issues. I'm not fibbing about the discounted amount just because I am upset he was so late installing it. Other people I know purchased their boxes from that store, but put them in by themselves perhaps it's passed by word of mouth that they are overly expensive and tardy. They could hire someone else to help with the installations who are trustworthy with keys. As long as my mail is safe he could have sent someone who would be on time and not stressed by our original communications. I don't like pre planned tardiness with that 'common list of manufactured excuses' when I have already overpaid for a product.

We hired her to come out and see the area and get a feel for our pool/yard. She charged $25 to come out which we thought was fair enough due to gas and time. She took it off the final bill anyway. She faxed us some samples of what she thought would look best. We chose one and waited about month for the final completion.

Jerry gave me instructions on quantities and prices for pipe and where to get this and the angle iron. He met me at the supply house, and since I bought the materials, I saved money on any mark up (there was none). He provided additional materials from his stock at no additional charge and pretty much refused to take more money from me. His initial bill was $300 dollars, but this seemed so unfair (6+ hours of work). I paid him more for the bill.
