    Natural Aspect Gardenscape
Travis and his crew did an AMAZING job! Our yard went from dried up dirt, weeds and dead plants, we were embarrassed to have family and friends over, to this amazing landscaped yard. Now includes decomposed granite walkaways, different types of pants, a pergola we can sit under during the day or night and a beautiful fire pit we can sit around and just enjoy the transformation that Travis provided. Absolutely love it!

    S&D Brushworks Painting & Coatings
I had hoped that the project would be complete after 3-4 days. Unfortunately, the painter became ill and we lost a couple days of work. That said, I would still recommend them to anyone looking for professional and what I would consider very reasonably priced painters. When I drive up my driveway, the color is very dramatic and, even the white trim pops.

    Team Renovate SD
Edgar and his team were AMAZING!!! He had painted the interior of our home when we first moved in, and so he was the first contractor I called. The preparation/care/clean-up was beyond professional; all of the taping - OMG so much, and so expertly done. At the reveal (all of the protective material was removed) I was floored. He exceeded my expectations. My kitchen is a show stopper, I can't stop smiling... about cabinets!!!

    Tibi Home Design INC.
I found Tibi home design by an online research and the referral that hired them before. The remodeling project they had completed for the referral was very nice and that what I was thinking to have at my house as well, so I contacted them and scheduled a meeting with Ricky. I received several estimates from other companies but at the end, I hired Tibi home design because Ricky seemed the most creative in his design and the most efficient regarding his services, professionalism and schedule. Most of all, the price for the work was the major consideration. Luckily enough, I wasnt disappointed. Ricky, Natalie and the working crew were skilled, honest, on time and on budget as well as very responsive to every concern and question that came up during the work. I could not be happier with the complete project and I do recommend Tibi home design to anyone with remodeling project such as mine.

There was a very rude receptionist when I called. All she told me was that my house was too little. I told her if the price was right that I was going to stucco the whole thing. She didn't want to help me. She was pretty much talking back at me because I didn't know what I was talking about, but I know what stucco is. She then transferred me over to the owner, and he says that they were just too full to come out and give me a quote. They are are six months behind, so they won't be able to help anybody. Someone needs to talk to them and they need to be removed from Angie's List. There is an etiquette, and if they are busy, send it to voicemail and don't pick up the phone.

Clifford Davenport (president of Lemon Grove Stucco) gave my wife and myself a "Lifetime Guarantee (good for as long as we own the home).  Now we had a problem with their inferior workmanship and He personally refused to honor his guarantee.  Then he lied to the BBB when we filed a complaint.  I would not recommend this man or his company to anyone.  He has no business ethics whatsoever.  If you decide to take a chance you have been warned.  I am being forced to take legal action against this man and his unprofessional company.

    a completely dissatisfied former customer.

    Alpine Fence Inc
Alpine Fence, though slammed with work from the January wind-storm, had time to handle our little job, replace 55 feet of an old wooden fence and re-positioning a gate.  They were there on time, worked like crazy, and were done ahead of expectations!  Fantastic work!  Fantastic job, complete with clean-up and hauling away debris from the old fence.  Can't say enough good things about these folks!

To say we were satisfied with Terry's work would be a gross understatement. After requesting bids from about a half a dozen companies on Angie's list(only have responded by the way), Terry promptly reached out to confirm details of the job and came by the next day to see the site, and provided a very reasonable and detailed estimate. Terry was back on site and starting the job two days later. Terry is a "by the book" type of contractor, which I certainly appreciate as a homeowner and paying customer. Because he focuses on quality and doing it right, he saved us from going against a local easement that might have otherwise been a challenge in the future. There were also little things along the way that he did on his own to ensure the job was done right that I think other contractors might not have, including cutting out existing concrete and replacing it at the proper pitch-without raising the price. Or when he came back for final touches and noticed a paver that was broken and replaced it- something we would not have likely noticed. From beginning to end, the job took 3 and a half days and we couldn't be happier with the results.

    TruLine Painting, Inc.
Salvador and his crew were excellent.  I cannot say enough nice things about these men.  They showed up on time and were so polite.  They first washed down all the walls due to the stickiness of the prior wallpaper being removed.  They filled in all the imperfections, sanded the walls and put on two coats of primer..  My walls have a chair railing in the middle of each wall and they painted the top part a light green and the bottom part a darker green.  The chair railing and the shutters were painted a lovely white color.  All the carpets and furniture were protected with sheeting so not a drop went anywhere else.  I would definitely recommend Truline Painting, Inc. and if you are lucky enough you will get Salvador and his two wonderful co-painters Isreal and Carlos. All were excellent and worked so hard for this 94 year old women.

    Nectar Spaces Landscaping & Design
Overall, I am thrilled with the results.  The project took longer than anticipated, but the results were well worth it.  This was a fairly large job and the initial time estimate i was given seemed a bit ambitious.  There was rain during construction, and some material availability issues, so delays were unavoidable.
My front yard was a standard yard installed on a flip house - just enough grass and landscaping to make it sell.  I am on a corner lot, and there was nothing but weeds along the street and there was nothing but weeds in my backyard.
Andrew had many ideas and was very helpful in deciding what would work best in my yard.  He and his crew build a large redwood deck to take advantage of my view, and this is my favorite part of the project.  It's large, well built, beautiful and is the highlight of my yard.  I love it up there.  He also terraced the slope in my yard so it became a usable area, planted with drought tolerant hedges ands some citrus trees.  The rest of the area is mostly drought tolerant hedges in small beds and decomposed granite.  I've lived in houses that have always had green grass yards, so this did take some getting used to, but we live in the desert, so my landscape now fits the climate.  I love it.  It's very serene and beautiful and i think it will only look better as plants grow in.
Along the front of the house, Andrew and his crew removed the grass and added some hedges and a beautiful Jacaranda tree to add some shade to my house.  Along the street side, he terraced some areas and planted some more drought tolerant plants.  I'm on a corner lot, and he also added some agaves along the outside of my fence that should grow to a nice size to add a bit of security.  It looks great.
The highlight in the front for me is a new driveway.  I had an old asphalt driveway, with weeds coming up, and Andrew poured a new concrete driveway.  I didn't know a simple concrete driveway could be gorgeous, but it is.  My whole house has been transformed.
There were a few hiccups a long the way (as is expected during any large project), but Andrew was quick to address each issue.  His price was great, especially given the scope of work.  Apart from now being able to enjoy my yard, I believe that this transformation has added value to my house.
Lastly, Andrew left me with advice on how to continue to care for my yard going forward and has been quick to respond to questions I've had regarding my yard.
