    We love them  dearly and recommend them to everybody we ever meet. 

    They're great for pricing.  They are amazing guys, they really are. We've been using them for 15 years, there is nothing bad I can say. I have to say honestly, I recommended them to my best friend and shes been going to them for the last 10 years as well. I recommend them to everybody who has a car who doesn't have a car warranty, and I feel safe going to them as a woman. A lot of times women aren't treated with respect by mechanics. This is not the case with them, they are super amazing.

    I wasn't terribly happy with them. The price wasn't bad. They left me sitting in the waiting room longer than I needed to and left the car sitting there finished without telling me so I wasn't terribly happy. 

    I was really unhappy with some of the behaviors that I saw there. The service writers were making fun of the mechanics and commenting on how they were fighting over the good mechanics and how they didn't want to get the bad mechanics. I basically told the girl if you worked for me you would be fired by now or written up. It was very unprofessional, I tried to notify them on that and they didn't care. 

    I have to use them again to maintain my warranty.

    If I could give a negative rating to this business I would. My RV was taken here in October, 2015. I spoke with Ray just a few days ago and he said it was all ready but wouldn't provide any documentation. When it was picked up, now 4 months later (January 10, 2015) NO WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED. I have correspondence saying that it was being repaired and completed. He even stated that he had filed a Good Sams Extended Service Plan claim, which was not the truth. I contacted Good Sam and they had no contact with this business or Ray regarding my RV. 
    A complaint will be filed with the Consumer Affairs department of the Attorney General.

    This provider is a liar and a con artist. He told me that my brakes were going out and that I would have had huge issues if I had not come in when I did. He left old parts in my car. He left rusted parts in my car. He lied and told me that new brakes will squeal. He was very nasty. I told him that wanted my money back and he was only willing to give back 1/4 of the money I had paid. He was terrible. It was a nightmare to deal with all his staff and with him. The service was so bad I had to contact the BAR regarding this. They informed me that my report was the 2nd strike against him. If he gets third strike they will be investigating his business practices. Women seem to be his favorite victims.

    Israel performed the detailing job himself.  Courteous and professional, Israel scheduled the appointment on a weekend.  He sent a reminder text to my phone a few days prior to the appointment and kept me informed of his arrival time.  Total time detailing the vehicle was approximately 3+ hours.  The detailing even included cleaning the engine compartment and and for a nominal fee, restoring my headlights.  My truck looked immaculate once the detailing was complete.   I have already purchased a gift certificate for my wife's vehicle for her birthday present.  Would highly recommend Israel's service to friends and family.

    Usually I went to another facility hearing some brake noise and I got it checked out he told me that I needed a $400 brake job.  I did not think that the brakes needed that much work so I went to Horsman because they had good reviews and they are AAA, they worked on the pads and the rollers and I have not had any problems ever since and that is where I take my car now.  It is a nice company and they will not bill you for work that is not necessary.  Their prices are fair and I think they give discount of 10 % for AAA members.  I even had a flat tire and had it checked for air and they could not find a leak.  They could not explain the cause but the tire was holding air thereafter and they did not charge me for it.  I thought that was good too.  They are honest and that is a big thing.  Price wise they are not cheap, they are not as expensive as the dealership but you need to pay a little bit.  It is not like the jiffy around the corner and you get better quality of work.

    It is easy to get an appointment. They are honest and say what they are going to do. They get it done right the first time. I would recommend them to friends and family because I trust them. They do quality work.

    The visit went very well.  I arrived before my appointed time, checked in and they immediately took my truck into the shop.  I enjoyed a good conversation with the Office people and the Smog Test was completed, with all necessary documentation, and I was out in about 30 minutes.

    C&D will be my automotive maintenance/repair shop from now on!

    It didn't work well that's why I don't use them anymore. I had transmission problem with my car and they came back and said I needed a new transmission. When I got a second opinion, the other place showed me that the transmission fluid was black which meant that Horsman Auto had never changed it or apparently checked it. They told me it would cost $1000 and I had it fixed for $60 through another repair shop. I no longer used Horsman after that. I relied on them to do preventive maintenance on my vehicle. In the early years, I would bring a list of items from my car's manufacturer and at one point, they told me that I didn't need to bring them a list because they had all of the preventive maintenance schedules in their computer. Clearly, at some point, either their schedule wasn't accurate or they didn't perform the service but for my automatic transmission fluid that turned black when it was supposed to be red and for me to have problems with the transmission that was fixed just by replacing the transmission fluid, I felt like they were not doing their job. The quality of their troubleshooting was pretty poor; they didn't even apparently check the transmission fluid. They were very responsive and got back real quick to me. They were always professional.

    I was able to get scheduled for the service within a couple days, given a quote, allowed to ask questions.  Service was provided as agreed to and within a very reasonable amount of time and within the price quoted.  I was concerned about a specific issue that could have existed and mentioned this.  They checked the concerned item and found no indication of problem.   They did not take advantage of this situation or try to perform work that was not needed.  I will definitely do business with Greg's Automotive again.  Thank you!
