After two weeks passed without hearing from ABZ, I called them and I was told they were driving at that time and they would call me as soon as they returned to their office. They did not return the call. In fact that was the last time they answered their telephone when I called them. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
ABZ appliance repair service was authorized by our extended warranty company, Assurant Solutions to make the necessary repairs on our refrigerator on November 9, 2015. After several calls to ABZ trying to get them to make the repair, they finally came out November 13, 2015 to evaluate the problem. At that time, we were told ABZ had to provide an estimate to Assurant Solutions, get authorization and order the part. We were told it would take about a week and then they would call us to schedule the repair.
