AMSJ Delivery Moving & StorageThree men and twenty-four foot truck. Arrived on time and work was completed by 4:30 pm. Movers (Kevin, Sam, & Ruben) professional and when unsure of something we’re quick to ask questions and provide solutions to issues as they arose. Furniture was expertly wrapped in moving quilts and secured with plastic wrap. They were careful moving items from upstairs and protected the laminate flooring. This was my first time using MSJ and I was impressed with their professionalism. The office coordinator (Carlos) was helpful and quickly returned my phone calls when I was in process of arranging for this move. It took a little bit longer to move than estimated, but this was not unexpected and cost was within my budget.- Galen G.

AMSJ Delivery Moving & StorageThey called ahead and showed up on time. They were super fast, efficient, and polite. I was worried about the piano because I knew it had a wobbly leg, but they were able to gently move it over carpeting to the spot I needed it, lifting it up to put the coasters back down. I didn't have to life a finger. The final bill was only $230, which was a steal. They listened very carefully about where I wanted things put and asked questions about options I hadn't thought about. Excellent work and value. I will be calling and using MST Delivery when the remodel is complete and we need to move these items back.- Nancy J.

AMSJ Delivery Moving & StorageEvery single mover that MSJ assigned to our move on three different weekends -- Aaron, Andrew, Ralph, David, Junior, Brian, Michael, and Tim -- was polite, professional, and very respectful of our belongings (no matter how heavy!). They were all friendly and more than willing to do anything that would be helpful to us in moving out of the old house and moving in to the new house. Moving is a pain, but MSJ helped us enormously! FThey put two gouges in my flooring. Cam said he would come back later to buff it out. He texted that he was coming by. But he never showed and never responded back. Also they were smoking weed the entire move.

AQuick efficient move. Very quick to reply with quote. Adjusted dates quickly based on my changing needs. Arrived early to drop off point. Would hire again for future moves. Not sure if this is common knowledge but full payment is expected upon pick up, including tip. I thought tip was at drop off.

APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more. Moving is so stressful and Movers Direct alleviated our stress around packing and moving items. We were so thankful for them.

AThe moving service went smoothly although one dining room chair was damaged during the move. MSJ movers were notified of the issue and the item was promptly repaired per contract agreement. All aspects of the move were handled in a prompt and timely manner. Initially, I was concerned about the handling of the damaged property, but since that issue was handled to our satisfaction, I am revising my review and would like to withdraw the original review on 10/30/20.

AAll the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
