Terrific experience. The Hitmen kept appointments reliably and sent a super knowledgeable guy for the first round. He put out traps - including extremely effective bait that's like peanut butter but better - and checked them regularly, removing 15! rats over about six weeks. I should have looked at this companies yelp reviews. I scheduled service on Thursday for a Saturday appointment since that is the only day off I have. The lady on the phone was great. When they came they didn't even walk up in the attic, we have an opening that requires a ladder to enter, they went up put a few traps near the opening and then called it done. The space is high enough to walk around, they didn't even bother. Outside they placed two traps as well in our gated backyard. A few weeks later they came to seal up some space around pipes and such in the rear of the house...

We realized that we had some rodents in our attic. The previous owners had put poison in the attic and one rodent died (we realized with the smell). We needed them to come and put traps to help catch any remaining rodents and help seal the outside of our house.
