    Manly Honda can be ok if you get a great service rep and everything is great and he does a great job. Some of the service reps aren't as helpful. Some of the employees don't understand about customer service. Their waiting room, while improved, still has something to be desired. They are usually always out of food because the employees eat the food. They don't have a big  drink selection. Many other waiting rooms in the area beat the pants off the waiting room at Manly. The parts department is very helpful. Excellent customer service in the parts department.

    I wanted to be left alone and they left me alone. I would go look there again. I went in to look at cars. I told them I just wanted to look and not be bothered. They did get my name and I think it was them, but they sent me a lot of emails about cars and I wasn't sure who they were coming from. That was confusing after the fact. I enjoyed looking around without having someone breathing down my neck.

    I told him I was looking for a used Accord and I wanted to spend 8 to 10 grand and the guy had me looking at $20000 cars. He didn't really listen to me. He kept showing me cars that were out of my price range. He was trying hard. He was working hard, good listener, showed me a lot of stuff, prompt, positive, enthusiastic but was just showing my cars that didn't fit the criteria.

    They charged a lot, but they're okay. They're awesome, it's not like they're going to rip you off. I would go to have lunch and when I would get back it would be ready. They have TV a lot of magazines.

    I've been working with them for years now and I'm extremely pleased with them. I have a Subaru and they specialize. There was some major work done then. I had a blown head gasket and it was like $3500. It was a major, major complete, it was a 75,000 mile check up.or something, where you're supposed to have things tuned up. So they did all of that and it's like a new car, yay! Fabulous, give them A's all the way across the board. I had a neighbor who had different type of a car. He had the same head gasket problem and his quote was like $5000. He found a retired individual who did it over the course of like 3 months who did it for like $3500, so I got an extremely good deal. As a matter of fact they're so close to me I was able to walk to PJ's automotive. They are like a mile from my house.

    Price is average, typical for a car dealer. If needed, I would go again. After oil change is done with warranty I wont go there. They do not make me feel like I am a valued customer, it is a matter of bring her in, do the work and get her out. The shuttle service to my house sucks. I live in an area they service but a very broad area that they service. One shuttle, it goes a diameter of 10 miles one way. One time I sat on the shuttle almost 2 hours to make a 8 mile trip home. I contacted the manager and raised hell. Any service I get now I tell them I have to have a rental at no charge.

    Ray and Rick do everything in this friendly 2-man shop.  I found them through Yelp with lots of good reviews. They are the opposite of money-grubbing mechanics.  A couple of times I've described issues with my 11-year-old car and they recommended deferring work, saying it wasn't really a problem and it could safely wait. Their work always seems fine.

    All this was done very promptly.  I waited for about 90 minutes for them to finish. The owner and his technicians were very courteous and were willing to explain the process.  I also needed to remove the roof liner to dry it out.  The technician answered all my questions about how to do this properly (I removed the liner myself).  I would definitely recommend this company.

    The results were excellent.  The transmission has purred like a little kitten.  The car drives as if new.
    The owner, Dave, is highly quality conscious.  One way that shows is that the employees don't turnover.  He has had the same experts for many years.
    I suggest before deciding on a company to rebuild or replace your transmission, you might want to talk to Transco.
