  • Well. The team was on time and did a great job. I gave a B for professionalism because they did not dress professionally. Well fitting jeans and a tucked in solid colored or company branded t-shirt would raise the score for professionalism...but that is the only mark against them. The service was otherwise excellent.

  • He was slightly later than we had planned, but since I was home all day anyway it was not a big deal. There were two small bathroom windows that he couldn't remove the screens of, so he deducted for those and one large window that had some sort of gooey stuff that wouldn't come off without a long dose of Goo Gone. He promptly told me about the bathroom windows but not the other issue. In all, he deducted $40 off the original estimate of $220. Much appreciated and I gave him the $40 as a tip instead. The Holidays inspired me. The only thing I had to do after him was to lock all the windows. The Holidays are upon us and I don't think I should have had to do that on my own. I will definitely use this company again. He was polite and fast and quick to smile. I really appreciate when a service person acts like they are happy to be working, instead of resentful. Thumbs up from Santa Paula. Sorry for not disclosing my street address, but I assure you that I live in Santa Paula.

  • pretty pushy in trying to get me to purchase heavy duty cleaners using enzymes. I told the guy NO. He actually walked out front door not knowing I was behind him and told my husband "your wife wanted me to ask you if you want to upgrade the cleaning to...
    ' wow, could not believe it. Signed papers saying I declined the upgrade and then still asked again. I was very impressed by how much the regular cleaning cleaned my carpets with out having to pay more for the enzymes. However not thrilled by the soaked carpets. I literally had to unpack a box of extra towels to help absorb the excess water.

  • I'll start with saying how much I appreciate them coming out to Santa Paula, many businesses do not.
    After initial contact through Angie's list I was asked to provide my phone number and email address to set up an appointment. Even when I did that, correspondence was still through Angie's list. 
    I was told mornings were available for a few dates. I replied with the the one date that did not work for me and said i was open the other mornings. 
    Next I heard from them they were at my door. I was not expecting them since I never received a reply with confirmation day or time. When i explained how they weren't expected I was told nobody would have been sent with out having made contact. Nonetheless I was home and available, so they got to work.
    Never having had this service done before, I hadn't a clue what to expect. I wish I was given the opportunity to move my car from the drive way, if not for their convenience, at least to avoid the horrid hard water from being splashed on to it. Needless to say the car had white hard water spots all over the rear and side of it. I'm still not sure if my homes water/hose was used. A bit of a concern since the city was under water restrictions at that time. 
    I asked if there was anything I needed to know when they were done, I was told that there is slow clog in the gutter along garage that they couldn't clear it because it drains underground and runs out to the street. Well when i went to see if I could dismantle the pipe to try to clear clog myself, I discovered that where the pipe enters the ground, that it in fact it did not enter the ground. A grassy patch just covered the end of pipe making it look as if pipe was buried. I could have easily removed it for them if that wasn't something they do. 
    I couldn't say what whether or not the job was done well or not since I am not able to climb roof myself and see what it looked like before they went up there. Before and after pictures would have been nice. I don't think I will be using them in the future.

  • He was great. It was really good. The couch dried in lines so I called him back and he came right out. He combed the lines out and he showed me that he could do that on the couch. I really like the fact that he came back out and went over it. He also went over the stairs the 2nd time which was nice of him. I don’t think you can get a better price for what he did and came back and redid it. He came on time and did everything that I asked. He was polite. He cleaned up right after himself. It was great.

  • They are an excellent group of workers. I trust them completely. Many times I've had to be gone when they come and I leave a check on the table. The house looks wonderful. They are thorough, prompt, reliable, and very responsive. I recommend them very highly. They are also very friendly and good with animals.

  • Dan arrived on time. Took time to explain process and material to be used. Very eco-friendly. Moved furniture and replaced it when finished. Washed quickly and efficiently. Now considering using his company for wood floor cleaning.

  • They were outstanding and I spent about $500 for their services. Their service was superb. The technicians were very helpful and informative. They were very clear about what they were going to do and why they were doing it. The follow up was excellent from the owner. The staff that I talked to on the phone was excellent. I know a lot about carpet cleaning businesses over my life time and Four Seasons Rug Spa is one of the best. I would recommend them to anybody.

  • The housecleaning service performed well overall, but service declined over a period of months.  I used their service for approximately six months.  The initial cleaning was excellent when it was performed by Gaby and Aracelli.  The number of staff varied from 2-4 each time.  I don't think the staff was equally experienced or trained.  My main concern was punctuality.  I am in Santa Paula, which they agreed to service, but I think the distance or schedule affected their ability to be on time.  They did not call when they were going to be late and this happened a number of times, before I complained.  They responded professionally when I asked them to be punctual.  They were flexible when I had to change the frequency or schedule.  If an item was broken by their staff, then they offered to pay for it.

    The actual cleaning declined over time.  For example, in the bathroom, they cleaned the glass surface of the shower door but did not always clean the soap scum out of the tub.  Dusting in  high places was also an issue.  Spots on walls were missed.  The kitchen countertop was often wiped but not scrubbed.  Cleaning level was just not consistent.  If I wrote a note to point out items that needed attention, then it was prioritized over other items.
