ARoadway MovingI booked Roadway last minute after a failed attempt to use U-Box. Very happy with the choice I made, opting for quality and professionalism over a customer service nightmare. It was a cross-country move of a 1-bedroom apartment from New York to California. The movers arrived on time, were efficient, friendly, and ultra careful with packaging all of our stuff. A short 10 days later everything arrived in Los Angeles and was unpacked with similar ease to the packing in NYC. Communication was easy and fast -- all of this during a global pandemic. Overall 10/10 will use again if I move back to New York 😅- Marcel F.

ANorthStar Moving CoI have moved twice with NorthStar Movers: once from LA to Irvine and once within Irvine. I was super happy that we used NorthStar in both cases. The movers were efficient, careful and polite. Nothing got damaged during either move, and moving day was stress free. Ron Cohen was our estimator for the moves, and he gave us good advice about where we could sensibly save money in preparing for moving day and what things were best left to the movers. After our first move with NorthStar, I was pleasantly surprised by the final bill as we had gotten estimates from other companies that were significantly higher.- Gregory K.

After having to fire a different moving company on moving day, due to hiked prices on day 1, Debbie was able to get us taken career of at a very short notice. Not only was the price reasonable, there were NO hidden fees nor holding our furniture hostage until payment. They are the moving company that truly cares and goes there extra mile for you. ARedlands Moving and StorageI have used this company twice. Once for a local move and just recently for an out of state move. This company is fantastic. They are not over priced and their customer service is top notch. I also made this reservation about two weeks prior to my move and they were able to accommodate me. From Debbie, who scheduled the appointment and details to Mike the driver and his work crew did an outstanding job. The were quick and wrapped all my items in cargo blankets and shrink wrap. My items made it to my location on time and nothing was broken. Mike and his team placed everything where I wanted it. Thank you again for making this part of my move stress free. DThe communication at the beginning was great however, decreased the day of the move when mgr. called to confirm. (they were supposed to be there between 9-10 and were late. quoted for 3 hours - everything was packed and boxed and even stated that "I made it easy for them" unfortunately they took much longer than expected which was much more costly for me. We ended up having to help load and unload in order to expedite. Still, the actual movers were nice and did their best. After going through items realizing the things were installed incorrectly (wash machine and dryer) and hoses missing for the washer dresser drawers broken- I contacted Brandon who I initially spoke with and received no response or follow up regarding missing or broken items. This is unfortunate because they were so eager to have me write a review before they left the day of the move- I felt a bit pressured - now I can see why. disappointing and more $ than I thought
