    I have just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy s9+ from Best Buy in Sherman Oaks. My salesman was Eric Beltrani, and I was very lucky he was my salesman. I was trying to decide between the s9+ and the Note 8, and Eric was extremely patient in taking as much time as needed to give me a very detailed breakdown of the features of both phones, including how each compared to the other feature by feature. He did not pressure me at all, even offering to wait until the next day for me to talk to the store's Samsung rep. so that I could perhaps get even more insight into the phones before I made my choice. I made my choice after talking to the Samsung rep. When I returned again the next day(!) to get some help with some functions of the phone, he not only did so, but even offered to set some things up on my phone which I didn't even ask him to do. Eric truly is in the category of Excellent(+), and Best Buy is fortunate to have him as a sales representative. Kudos, Eric! Share review Write an update Edit review Remove review

    Not only did he do the work requested, he took it upon himself to repair a problem he saw with the existing wiring and didn't charge for it. That's amazing!

    My only complaint is when you dial 411 for information you get an automated system that does not always give you an option you need and I have to call back to get the charge subtracted from my bill.

    I purchased that IPhone. I have had it for a couple of years. I enjoy the functions and features. We have three lines with them. I went in to see them and the people handled everything. They were pretty professional and I have been really happy with their service. I will continue to use them.

    My bill has ben consistently $125 per month for two cell phones. They are a non-profit company that donates their money to saving whales, environmental causes, and political parties. They use sprint lines. Everything you need to do is either through the phone or website. They do have contracts, the only thing extra I have to pay for is the internet. You can see all their causes online. They are very friendly and know what they are doing.

    Their service is very good.  It was very easy to sign up and the sound quality is very good.

    I only use 150 minutes a month. It is pretty cheap. I can just go online and change the plans from 150 minutes to 300. There is no conflict involve while doing so. I can change anytime I want and in the middle of the cycle. They have pretty good phones. I never had issues with call dropping. It is pretty fast to go online. It doesn't take time to download any apps.

    They have been acceptable. We had one episode where our line went dead, and the experience with the customer service was ok. They offered to send someone out, and they were able to repair the issue.
