""Repeated bad service forces me to write this..I have serviced my MDX a couple of times at . The first time," I spent more than a few thousand dollars and they were regular in updating me. But when I got the car back, I still had some issues. The second time, I had specifically requested a loaner car when I was going to drop by car for service which they had agreed to, but when I went there there was none. I was to go to airport to pick someone up (which I had specifically told them earlier) and I was kept waiting. After a while, I could not wait and I left. I came back to give the car for service the next day and got a loaner (they did give a discount due to inconvenience). May be I should have learnt by then, but I did not! I had scheduled for another service a few weeks ago and was supposed to get a loaner. I went there, waited... and waited... After 20 minutes or so, no service rep, no loaner and I walked out. I normally don't vent for bad service, since I think may be someone is having a bad day and it is an isolated incident, but a premier car dealer having such poor customer service repeatedly deserves to be pointed out. This has been very frustrating and disappointing.

"I purchased a car off eBay from this company and had it shipped. It was described as having "flawless paint". When I received it, I noticed paint bubbled-up" on the rear quarter panels. I notified the seller who offered to pay for some of the cost to have the rust repaired. They stopped answering emails and phone calls and never sent the money.

  • Right after buying the new car I was driving over railroad tracks and it was very rough. Everyone said it was fine, even the President said it was fine, making me feel crazy. Turns out they didn't deflate some of the air out of the tires. I needed some work done and the two times I took it back I had a horrible service, leaving grease on the seats and the headlights not hooked up. I am very unhappy with their professionalism and service.
