    WARNIG!!! Anthony’s Repair shop in Santa Monica are DISHONEST and will charge you HUGE fees without telling you about it up front. I took my vehicle that had been greatly damaged to Anthony’s to be fixed. Due to various circumstances, my car ended up staying there for quite a bit of time. When we were able to work out the situation with my insurance company and received the final invoice from Anthony’s There was a line item for storage of my vehicle for $130 a day. No one ever mentioned a storage fee either to me personally or in any paperwork. When I asked them about it they said they have a sign in the property of the garage that states their policy. Which I never saw and was never pointed out to me. This cost me a ridiculous amount of money. I will never use this company and I do not recommend that you do either.

    It went smoothly and perfectly. They promised a 4 day turnaround. On time delivery. Car came back in mint condition with the repairs perfectly painted. I was impressed about the quality and detail of the restoration.

    It was amazing!

    Time, traffic and teenagers had taken it's toll on our vehicles.  They set up camp in our garage and alley and professionally brought new life back to all of our cars.   It felt so good to drive my "new" 8 year old car!

    This is the second time I have used their service and I am pleased each time. I will continue to use their services in the future and they are the best. They do great work and have a great turn around time. They only had my car for three days. I am going to tell everyone about their excellent service.

    I got estimates from three local auto body shops, explaining to each that since mine is an older car and I didn't want to go through insurance, I was more interested in price than perfection. George at Herman's was the only person who really listened. He thought he could cut costs if I was willing to wait while he located replacement parts. It took him almost two weeks to locate the parts but I was happy to wait as the final bill was less than half of what the other the body shops bid. (As a matter of fact, the final cost was a bit less than George's original bid!) Yes, as he warned me, it is not a 'showroom perfect' repair but the flaws are so minor as to be unnoticeable. Indeed, the car looks better than it did before the accident.
    My wife and I are very pleased with the work Herman's Auto Body did for us and I am happy to give them 'straight A's.'

    They warned me it would be 80% fixed. It looks totally fine to me. If I get REALLY close I can see where one corner of the dent was, but in general it is just gone. It was my first paint-less dent removal. 10/10 would do it again.

    Caliber was recommended by my insurance company, so I was hopeful going in that they would be able to do the job right. Fortunately, it turned out even better than my hopes and I got my car back within a few days looking just as good as when I first bought the car. I'm not even sure how they did the job: perhaps they took he door off and replaced it with a new outer piece... Who knows? The bottom line is: very friendly service, a loaner car while I waited (they have a rental car dealer at the place. And everything was ready when promised. And bonus: insurance covered the whole repair (strongly recommend to anyone that you always drive with a video camera ready to shoot in case of accidents).

    Dan Shanahan was a very professional liason for both Caliber and Enterprise rental car which is located on their premises.
    He took great interest in getting the job done asap and made periodic follow up calls with the progress status.
    They were done with the repair the day they promised it would be done. and it looked beautiful.
    Great company and Dan will make you feel at ease and handle everything from start to finish.
    I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

    It was a very bad experience.  I had to go back 5 times because of issues with the car due to the service I had originally received.  I will never go back to this company they are very bad.  They had poor customer service.

    I first went to Anthony's about 6 months before. They gave me an estimate and refastened a molding strip that had almost fallen of a door. No charge - very impressed. Came back a few weeks ago and they honored the low verbal estimate given earlier. I especially enjoyed dealing with Al Kamranikia, probably the manager. Excellent attention to detail and a fun sense of humor. Cost of the work was about half of what the Lexus dealer wanted and the final result was excellent.
