  • Felt as if  HIS EGO was more important than explaining such an overwhelming issue to his patients..because prostate cancer is a "couples' disease. He actually yelled at his staff  while consulting with us. Not a healing environment.

  • Procedure was fine.  Billing a nightmare....  Their billing is incompetent bordering on idiotic.   More than 6 months after my procedure I receive a bill out of the blue for $153.30.  No itemization, no explanation of what it's for just a bill which indicates past due.  I'd never received the bill before.  Took months to get an itemized bill (which is legal right in California).  Once I did get the bill I determined I did owe $153.30.  I paid with a credit card $153.30 (and thank god I did).  They charged my card $153.30 on 12/9/2014 and $153.00 on 12/10/2014.  Now the nightmare begins.   Several calls and holding for long amounts of time they decided the second charge for $153.00 was actually a credit not a charge.  Any elementary student could look at my credit card statement and see it's a charge and not a credit.  I told them fine that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company.  I thought I was done.....WRONG!!  On 1/25/2015 I receive a check from them dated 1/1/2015 for $153.00 and the check indicates "Refund".  The same day I get a letter threatening that if I do not immediately pay $0.00 (yes it indicates zero) they would turn
my account over to a credit collection agency.  So, this is where I'm at now with these bumbling idiots.  I can't imagine the nightmare that's going to ensue now...  I wish I could attach documents to substantiate what I written here.

  • I like that he is just very professional. With regards to his office environment, unfortunately, all the other things or all the fluff that other people might like is not there. His staff is as not as good as they could be. They can be abrupt. I wish they were not so busy. That is the problem. I would use him again in the future and I recommend him all the time.

  • Dr. Wiltchik is a good doctor and a capable surgeon. Dr. Karamitsos assisted in my surgery. I had successful surgery. Would highly recommend this practice. Dr. Wiltchik is kind and communicates well. New office is delightful. Office staff is very helpful.

  • The office has been in turmoil for the past 3 months because the doctor's PA left to be with her family out of state. Evidently PA's are difficult to find. They still don't have one. This PA had her own patients and it really took a load off the doctor. I am told that he is a busy surgeon who also practices in Mt. View, CA and with her leaving, the office was juggling patients and postponing appointments if they weren't urgent. My appt. was postponed 3 times but the caller made sure I wasn't having problems. This time I saw only the doctor; he didn't try to rush me but he also can't and quot;chit-chatand quot;. Maybe I saw him for 7 minutes. It will be interesting to see how this finally shakes out. In 2006, I was in the hospital in a life threatening situation; the Hospitalist decided he was going to stop all my meds, including heart meds. My family contacted Dr. Bhatt and he arrived at the hospital, in my room, within a couple of hours and got things straightened out. Other doctors might have handled that over the phone, but he made an appearance. I really appreciated that.

  • My foot doctor sent all the information to Dr. Prier's office SEVERAL times and had no response. I then after my doctor again sent information to his office last week i spoke with my foot doctor on Friday evening after Dr Prier's office had closed at 1pm my doctor stated that he had not heard from them at that time but that he had sent all the information requested. I followed up with a phone call to Dr Prier's office this morning around 9am. At that time I was told that Dr Prier's office had responded with a FAX saying that I should return to the previous Infectious Disease doctor I had been seeing that both myself and my foot doctor were unhappy with and wanted a second opinion. When I told this person on the phone that there was no wày that the FAX was sent because I had spoken to my foot dr on Friday July 19, 2013 after Dr Prier's office was long closed she changed her story saying that she left a voice mail for my foot doctors nurse saying that I should go back to the other Infectious Disease Dr. This also could not possibly be true because ONLY my foot doctor gets the messages not his staff and again he stated he had not heàrd from Dr. Prier's office by Friday when I spoke to him. I confronted her with the falseness of her story she then said well we won't see you. Now in order to get a second option I must travel 2 hours to Santa Barbara to see another Infectious Disease Doctor. How is this GOOD medical care? NOT!!!!!!

  • Dr. Christopher Holland was very caring and he was a great doctor. I had an infection and nobody would touch me and as soon as he found out about me, he got me in immediately and got me started on antibiotics and got me well. I found out about him through the girl who used to come for home health care and I called him and he saw me on a day that he doesn't go to work.

  • Due to the personal nature of such an appointment I will not go into details ,suffice to say: I was very impressed with the professionalism of the office. I had done a lot of research online already and was not surprised by the diagnosis.

  • Dr. Kolba really listened to my story. She was able to explain the disease to me and why it hurt so badly, something that even as an RN I didn't understand fully up to that point. She then got the dose of the drug I needed correct and the frequency. I had been given the same IV med by the other MD, but not enough and not frequently enough. Within weeks I was getting better- amazing. She really heard me. The other DR. had invalidated my joint pain as it did not present like the more typical RA pain. But it was very real let me tell you! Kolba got it. Unfortunately my insurance changed and I had to leave her- SAD! I would certainly go back.  I have several patients of my own (as an RN) that see her and all say the same things- all love her.

  • We've been going to him for 6-8 years, at least. He's helped my wife and taken care of my bad heart. He's just good - really good. He makes you feel good - feel confident in his service. His nursing assistant, Leslie, is just super-duper.
