    I have never compared price with anyone else, they charge the same as I get on the Honda, so I would say they are comparable. There was a recall on my Toyota truck and they were going to fix the recall and they didn't have the parts and they had to keep my truck for 3 or 4 days. I really didn't appreciate it. I would use them again.

    They are excellent. I've never compared prices, so I really don't know. I like them better than the other dealership because they have a snackbar. I would use them again. I have only dealt with the ticket writer at the front desk. I have never talked with anyone else.

    Called to get an estimate on tint removal for windows in my home. We set up a time to obtain an estimate, 9:00am-10:00am, my wife took off work to meet him, she waited until 11:00am. Mr. Dewon Bonds from Clearview Window Cleaning never took the time to show up. No email. No phone call.

    They only work on European cars. They were outstanding. They went in and fixed something that I had messed up on my car. They fixed it the correct way of which 90% of the mechanics wouldn't have. I was very pleased with them. I would recommend and use them again.

    Each time I had my car repaired at Rizzoli's, the repairs were done promptly and well and my car was returned to me cleaned running great. The one time the parts didn't arrive as expected, they rented a car for me to use for the day while the waited for the parts. Everyone at the shop is polite and treats me as if I am the best customer they have. The prices may not be the lowest in the county, but they know about Mercedes and they have kept my old car in great shape. I wouldn't trust anyone else to repair my vehicle.

    I use them for my truck. They run specials all of the time and try to grab them. The oil change is normally $29 and I paid $19 with the special. When I find a coupon I use it. They are competitive and lower priced than the other places. I'm real happy with them, and I would send anybody to them that was looking for a mechanic. They do all kinds of stuff, and they tell me if something needs to be done, but can wait two or 3,000 miles. They've always been on time. I schedule an appointment, if they say it will be done in an hour, I will have it back in an hour. I use them all of the time. Chuck is the owner of the one here locally. He answers all of my questions. If I need a transmission job done, and it can wait 5,000 miles, he tells me that.

    My wife takes her car there because, that's the kind of car she has. It is a fairly new car, so she takes it to the dealership. We bought a package there. It's a certain amount of oil changes for the same price. I think they are sort of expensive. They seem to be good on quality. Whenever we have had a problem, they address it. We have the warranty package, so we will use them. Every once in a while they are so busy, they aren't quite on time. If it's an hour for an oil change, it will take three hours to get it done. Sometimes they get so busy, it effects their work. The only one that I come into contact with is, the general service man.

    They are very professional, they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and help you make the right decision. I've been getting tires from them for years and they do a wonderful job. Customer Service is top notch.

    I went on the lot to look since my last new car was in 1995.  The first question that was ask was what was I looking for and what did I need in a car.   Loved that.   The did not steer me to a car that was more than I needed or wanted.   Once a style of car was selected they showed me my other options in color and equipment.  Some options I did not know existed.   This was a fast and easy transaction unlike many others I have had at dealerships.  They gave us several finance options that worked for us.  The interest was amazingly low.   I will definitely go back when we need another car.

    The professionalism was great but they failed to meet the mark.  I turned in my vehicle due to a paint recall, after a few days I received a call stating the request was submitted to the manufacture for approval.  Approx 4 days later the repair was approved.  When Home Motors called to inform me of the approval I asked "what's not covered by the recall"?  They stated "the driver and passenger side door", the quote was $800.  Therefore, I agreed.  I dropped off the vehicle, approx one week later it was ready for pick-up.  When I arrived, the following items were not painted: trunk, front and rear bumpers, driver and passenger door handles.  When I asked why was this not painted, Home Motors stated you did not ask.  I replied, I asked what was not covered, they stated the driver and passenger doors.  To resolve the issue they offered $300 refund.  Regardless, they should have honored there statement, I'm not an automotive professional and the details should have been explained.  Needles to say I will not be taking my business to the company.
