ASo-Cal Superior BuildersWhat a great experience we had with So-Cal Superior Builders. We recently bought a home in AG. There were a few projects that needed to be done before we moved in. We searched Angie's List for contractor references and called three or four. Juan was the first to show up - on time and immediately started taking notes as to my needs. Some of the other contractors had excuses as to why they couldn't meet with me or flat said they were too busy to provide an estimate. Juan's estimate was reasonable, but more than that, he was very easy to communicate with. Most importantly, Juan was here when he said he would be and completed the work in the time frame I needed. The detail to quality is very evident in Juan's work and he wasn't afraid to offer suggestions that would improve the finished product. Polite, respectful, punctual, good work ethic and high-quality workmanship are all terms I would use to describe Juan and So-Cal Superior Builders.- MEG H.

AWILLIAMS CONCRETE & GENERALPaul met me for the initial estimate on time, got me an estimate within a few days, and fit me in the following week. He took care of all the details including ensuring that the doors were trimmed to the new floor height. They were in and out over a day and a half and the results looked great. I did have a couple of dips that were a little bit low and so I did my own pass with a few bags of self leveling compound to get everything perfect for the engineered hardwood. I don't think that should take away from Paul's work as he quoted doing a concrete topping pour, not doing another round of finishing to get it perfect. It probably would have been fine anyway but I'm pretty picky.- David L.

The company repaired my awning, removed concrete piers, set new concrete piers, set new 4x4 posts, painted awning, painted trim in the sunroom, painted the back fence, and did some plumbing service work. All the work was extremely well done, and all the employees with whom I spoke were highly knowledgeable and polite. I am very pleased with the work. ABrinegar Construction IncBrinegar Construction remodeled a fourplex we just bought in Los Osos, Calif. They gutted and rebuilt the kitchens and baths. Also fixed ceilings. ARecently had Mega Power Electric Inc install solar panels and upgrade my electrical panel. I had multiple quotes for this job and I chose Simply because their price was reasonable, and they have been around for many years. Our consultant, was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining how the system would work and answering all my questions. The installation and system initiation went according to plan and any questions I have asked were answered quickly by Customer Service. I definitely recommend this company.

AOne day we noticed a musty smell in our bathroom. Behind the toilet the baseboard was discoloring and rotting out. We called our insurance company and the leak had damaged the wall and floor. The insurance company gave us a list of contractors to call. We called three of them left messages and waited. Well we didn’t have to wait long for Berry Construction. Randy called us back almost immediately. He was caring, empathetic, professional and explained the whole process from start to finish. We were very happy with Mike, Billy and the entire staff. We had open communication through the whole process, and they did an amazing job making us whole again.
