    I have used this company for several years now. He is excellent and very reasonably priced. I like that he has very good commercial equipment. He also sends me text reminders so I know when it's time to get the carpets done. He is all business too. He comes in gets the job done and they leave. No time wasted.

    GO2 Carpet Repair and Cleaning
    NEVER EVER HIRE THIS GUY FOR UNPROFESSIONAL-ISM!!! Geo looked like a nice guy and I got a quote for carpet repair and scheduled an appointment 2 weeks later (Saturday 12/11 at 1pm). I confirmed the appointment on Monday to make sure I keep myself available for Saturday. On the day of service, I got a text message from him at around 1:20pm that he just finished his previous job and is on his way. When he didn't arrive by 2:30, I messaged him again. To my surprise, at that time Geo messaged me back that he will not be able to do my job! This is highly unprofessional on his part to keep the customer waiting for 2 weeks, and then flip at the final moment.

    well the carpet was still dirty after he cleaned it  and so i asked the tech to clean it again and he was unhappy because i asked him to do it again and I told him that the last guy from his company did a great job and i did not have to vacuum after he left , but with  this tech i was sweeping the edge of the rooms to show him how much dirt he left and then he was smoking out side with the door open and all the smoke came in side the house. I was very unhappy with the work over all.

    It was an Angie's List Big Deal. They were great. I paid an additional $50 because I had them put an special spray on the windows. He didn't complain; it was good. I hired him again because I liked his service. He was very prompt. There was one window that was very high and nobody wanted to do it and he did it without complaining. The price was good.

    Do It Rite Commercial Maintenance
    It went badly. It started out as a request for carpet cleaning and the hardwood floor polishing. Two administrative ladies came out on the Monday before to see my house, but I ended up inquiring about their moving services. (The carpet cleaning and floor polishing was to be done as a future service). They were supposed to give me the price quote that same night for the moving services but I never received it. I called them that same night and left a message, which they didn't respond until the morning of the move. I went ahead and scheduled the service for that day, even though it was average pricing. They were supposed to be at my house at 9:30 PM, and they texted me to let me know that they were running late. I told them thanks for letting me know, and then fifteen minutes later was notified that they were running 45 minutes late. The lady working at the office asked if I still wanted them to come out, which I obviously did because I was all packed and ready to go. She told me the movers were stuck at another job. They finally arrived at 10:35 PM, but I was upset because they came in a passenger truck. Not only that but the mover said they were stuck at his house, as they were switching the box truck for a passenger pick-up truck to bring to my home. When I saw the truck, I knew my things weren't going to fit in there. I had a full queen sized bed including mattress, box spring, headboard, two night stands, and an armoir. If I'm going to be spending $100 an hour, I expected them to bring something that would fit it all. And the fact that they exchanged their bigger box truck for a pick-up truck to save gas, as well as lying that they were at another job is ridiculous. They should know what equipment to bring, to fulfill a moving job. They did apologize, but the lady who contacted me to apologize told me that she tried really hard to accommodate my needs but their was no specific truck requested. She emailed me, "I understand that you were not happy with the truck so you declined the service. Please understand that we sent the truck we had available on such short notice to accomodate your same day request after hours. We are not a specialty moving company, but rather a maintanence company that can accomodate moving and hauling as a small component of our business." This is not okay because their website advertises themselves as a residential and commercial moving service. She told me that they work more with maintenance and janitorial services. If that's so then why advertise yourselves as moving and hauling? Not to mention it was not a same day request as she stated. If they didn't give me the price quote on the day they said they were going to, that's not my fault. It was not a same day request. I didn't tell them yea or nay on Monday night because I didn't receive a quote so how would I have had an opportunity? If I hadn't called them back, I'm wondering if I would've even received a price quote. I was very dissatisfied with this company, and would not recommend them.

    The dispatcher was able to arrange our appointment exactly when we wanted it.  The cleaner was very punctual and professional.  He did a good job.  It was exactly as we expected and hoped for.

    I was very impressed with the whole experience of working with this company.  I needed my carpets and upholstery done right away as my husband was going to be starting chemotherapy.  When I contacted Expert Carpet Care they rearranged their schedule to accommodate my needs and did an exellent job.  They were punctual and very courteous.  I really enjoyed having them at my home.  I would highly recommend them to everyone.

    The company was very accommodating about scheduling within my schedule, and the workers arrived a little early to work.  They went right to work and were thorough and quick.  One of our upstairs windows had a crack of which they had to be careful. Everything they did was done well; however, two of our downstairs windows had hard-water stains but the workers didn't have anything to use on them. It seems like window washers would have brought a cleanser for hard water stains. In general, we're satisfied with the work that was done.
