    This facility has a rotating staff of residents that stay for about three years. Therefore, you get to have the same doctor for 3 years. I like having doctors that are new to the trade because for the most part they are not to jaded by the mainstream allopathic system. As a result, the doctors here are more open to treating the person versus treating the symptom. My doctors here have always talked about nutrition and exercise as the primary way to handle any problems that a typical blood panel might reveal.

    We've gone to them for a long time and we're very pleased with the qualities of the doctors there. They have a lot of competence in their care and they're very responsive, there are questions and needs and my primary care physician is just really great about getting me through the proper specialist or test or whatever I need and he's just really good about getting me what I need in terms of care.

    I was impressed with the knowledge and flexibility of the group. They were hired on immediately. Given the short notice they managed to have a caregiver on the job within two days. She was very kind, but fairly new to the job. When she needed help learning to help lift from a low bed, the service sent in another caregiver to teach her the proper technique. We didn't use the service long as my MIL passed away soon after hiring Home Care Assistance. There were many things that stood out with this group - their kindness, flexibly and willingness to listen and resolve issues that came up due to the sudden change in MILs health.

    We wanted to establish a family-physician relationship because both of us have medical challenges and we have to be with a doctor. I think she was very engaging, self-revealing and made you immediately fell comfortable, so I think she had a terrific bedside manner. She is punctual and responsive. It takes a while to get an appointment with her, so the only other issue would be, if we have some kind of excruciating problem but they have an urgent care facility, so it doesn't apply to us.

    They were local for me at the time.  They were detailed and caring.  They made sure that I was comfortable in every aspect.  They are now four hours away from me, so I would not be using them anymore.

    Considering that I found myself on the floor at my residence and subsequently transported by American Medical Response to the emergency dept. of the Dominican Hospital, I think it went quiet well.
    AMR was quite responsive and did an excellent job of first response at about 2:00 AM.  The Hospital took over and went through a rigorous set of tests to determine what my problem was.  Everyone was friendly and comforting.  The tests showed that I was severely dehydrated from a "perfect storm" of circumstances: hiking, working and over-exertion followed by a couple of end-of-the-day libations (oops!).  I keeled over in the middle of the night and had a blood pressure of 90/60 when AMR arrived.
    I was thoroughly observed, interviewed and tested and then released at about noon.  My wife drove me home for some R & R.

    I’m not cured, but they got me in much better shape than when I went in first. I think they are good, they take their time, the woman I had knew what exercises I needed and gave me pictures of exercises to do in my home, that were clear and easy to use. The billing and administration was not so good because I’m covered by insurance and the bill went to them, but it wasn’t clear how much each procedure was or anything, so didn’t really know what it was costing. Quite a while ago I went in and I had a deductible so I was paying them, and they paid it to the hospital.

    Dr. Leong has a small practice and she practices only couple of days a week. So she is kind of a specialized person. She spends up to an hour with a patient regularly as she does acupuncturist and a regular MD. You can’t find a person who spends that much time with you. The only drawback of her is that she is available only twice a week. She will call me home and she will see for an hour but her care is excellent but her office hours are limited. She doesn’t have any staff.

    My Doctor actually cares much about me.  She understands that I don't like to take a lot of medicine so we try to find ways that I don't have to take medication.  It's a proactive way to manage my health.  The front office guys are crazy but I like my doctor.

    The practice is clean and modern. It's well run and it's efficient. The doctor is very friendly. The staff is very friendly as well. They know what they are doing. It's very modern. Some of the doctor's offices that I've gone into looked like a third world country place. This is just very up to date, modern, clean, bright and well run. The staff and the doctors are very nice. The doctor listens and asks questions. I always feel like she's listening to me. When you go in, some of the doctors treat you like a piece of meat or something. They don't really pay attention but this doctor really pays attention and listens. She talks about concerns that I might have. She takes time with me and she looks at me right in the eyes. I have no complaints at all and there's nothing that has changed. It's all good. I will use their services again in the future.
