OK, so Robert did a nice job of unpuckering the bumper on my Odyssey a couple months back, so when someone backed into our Prius and did some significant damage, I thought I'd return to Weston for the work. Robert was completely knowledgeable about the insurance (Geico) and knew the estimator. We dropped of the car, the estimate was made and the work got started Monday. Robert set expectations that work would be done Friday. The bumper was badly bashed in, there was a small, but noticeable dent in the rear quarter panel and the rear tail light was cracked. Game on. True to his promise, we got the call to pick up the Prius Friday morning. I went over with my white glove. Although we got an all new bumper, I was a little worried because Geico and Robert agreed the quarter panel dent could be repaired. The new bumper looked fantastic and fitted other body panels perfectly. I then went directly to the adjacent dent - it was perfect, I mean perfect. No way I could tell where the dent had been. These guys are good. Robert and I had also had the conversation "well, while you have the paint out, do you think you could hit a couple of these rock dings on the hood?" and he remembered and touched up the little paint chips. The car looks great. And get this... he wants us to bring it back in six weeks after the paint cures for a free wash and wax. Unbelievable. Before I took our Prius home I made a new appointment to get a couple minor dings and scratches removed on my Odyssey. I'm kind of a particular kind of guy, yet I have no qualms about recommending Robert Weston's shop for you body work. They rock!

Very well! Chandler worked on car and repaired all problems. Explained what they were doing. Price was very affordable and they suggested ways I could cut costs by ordering parts on internet. Advised what parts I would need. This was for my grandson's car (Max W.). I will be using this facility for any repairs I need for my car, as they are affordable and do excellent work! Have been to them two different times, for two different problems - always satisfied.

Toyota & Scion of Santa Cruz
I am not happy with the Toyota dealer and I will never go back there.  I feel like they ripped me off.  I took the car in and unfortunately it was a Friday.  They didn't have the part, which I didn't feel was my fault.  I couldn't drive the car.  It wasn't going to be until Tuesday that they could fix it, but they made me rent a car from them; they didn't give me a loaner.  Again, it wasn't my fault that they didn't have the part.  They should've given me a loaner.  Fixing a trunk latch I would figure would cost no more than a couple hundred dollars for the part and the labor, and it ended up being almost $750 - I think more than that, even.  And that's just utterly ridiculous.  I had to pay for the rent-a-car, yeah, and we had it for three days.  We had it from Friday to I think Tuesday.  I mean that was, you know, just absurd as far as I was concerned.  And again, why don't they have a part?  What is a parts department for if they don't have parts?  That's fine if they have to order the part, but that's not my fault.  The time  I lived in Florida the Toyota dealer I went to there, if I needed to leave the car, they either gave me a loaner or I got a free one that the people they were affiliated with were down the street. I didn't have to pay for renting a car because they couldn't get the work done or they didn't have the parts.  I was very happy with them.  They gave me a senior discount, which this one didn't.  One of the problems with the Toyota dealers is they can't be within thirty miles of each other, so if I don't want to go to this one I have to go to Watsonville.  It was at least $750 and that's ridiculous, just to fix a trunk latch.  That's absurd.  And most of that was renting the car.  I have not had a good experience there.  They've got cars lined up all the way to the street, just trying to get in and get serviced. There's nothing good about them at all.  You can go inside and wait.  I think they even have a TV in there and some magazines, but the big wait is just getting your car up there for service.  It's not my fault they didn't have a part.  I shouldn't have had to pay for a loaner car.  I'm sure the quality is okay, I guess I'd give them a B.  If they change their parts for every year of car, that's not my problem either.  The only thing I'll say that's good is they will drive you home and come back and pick you up if you need to do that, but I needed over a three day period from a Friday to a Tuesday, I need my car, or I needed a car.  They didn't seem to be the least bit concerned about the fact that they were ripping me off.

The time I lived in Florida the dealer I went to there, if I needed to leave the car they either gave me a loaner or I got a free one at the people that they were affiliated with down the street. I didn’t have to pay for renting the car because they couldn’t get the work done or they didn’t have the parts. I was very happy with them. They gave me a senior discount. Very professional. In fact, I always went to the same service manager, it was a woman, which surprised me, she definitely knew what she was doing. She even gave me a senior discount. Her name was Marci something. She helped me. I have no idea how much it was because I don’t know what all they have to do. What was good was their personal service. They make an appointment, they take you when you are supposed to be there. They tell you how long it’s going to be. Now they were about between 20 and 25 miles from me, so they weren’t going to take me home. They did have a service that would take you over to the mall that ran like every half an hour, and they would come back and pick you up. They usually took over a whole little van full of people to the mall, and then they would come back and pick us up like every half hour or hour; when it was time to go back. They also had a waiting room and tv’s. I think there was one day a week that they gave manicures. Plus, they had coffee. If you got there early in the morning they had donuts. Once the donuts were goner, the donuts were gone. The only think that I can think of that they could improve on is that it is a dealership and sometimes they would come back and try to sell you a new car. I didn’t want to be bothered with that. If I needed a new car, I’ll go look at them. If I was in the area I would go back to them.

We have used them for many years. They use quality oil. They will do it as I wait if they know that I'm coming in. They are usually good about getting it done right away. They are nice people to interact with. It is usually fun to go in. I will continue to use them. We have been using them for 30 years.

    Jim's Automotive
He test drove the car and took a look at how things seemed. It was not extremely in-depth but the dealership had already done an inspection, so there wasn't much to find. He wasn't very good at doing things when he said he would, as he said he would get to inspecting the vehicle a few times before actually inspecting it.

We thought the car was ready for the scrap metal heap and they got it going and it works great. It's our back up car and as we are not mechanically savvy when it comes to automobiles we were prime to be ripped off .. but not Chandlers .. they are ethical, professional and very reasonable in their prices.

    Winchester Auto Parts
I've shopped at Winchester several times, and the crew is always professional and helpful. The first time I tried them, I went in with a "check engine" light activated. They used their computer to diagnose, told me it was just a loose wire, fixed it, and didn't charge me. Most recently, my auto dealer wanted $42 and 2 1/2 hours to replace a headlight bulb. Just the bulb... not even the entire assembly. I went to Winchester instead. They sold me the bulb for $12 and installed it in two minutes for free. I also ordered a replacement lens for my turn signal. They said it wasn't in stock, but they'd call me in a few days when it arrived. Three hours later, they called and said it had just been delivered from another store. "That's amazing!" I said. The clerk replied, "Yeah. Sometimes we get really lucky."
My neighbors also love Winchester and would not shop anywhere else. I especially appreciate that I can go in as a female and not get the "rough tough macho" treatment. The staff really is helpful.

    Branciforte Auto Repair Inc
He's very very meticulous and thorough in his diagnostics. He appreciates it when you put together a list of things that you're concerned about. He brought me back some information about some cracks in my hose line, actually showing me the cracks. He tries to educate the driver about the issues and I appreciate that. He's honest, as well. I asked about a few things, and he told me I didn't have to worry about them. He does a lot of the work himself, and he spends quite a bit of time inspecting the vehicle. He also has great coffee.
