    Sears Applicance Service / Repair is Awesome ! They are the only people I call when my Applicances need Servicing or Repair. They are always very Professional and Trustworthy. I have used them for my Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Refrigerator etc. I recommend them to everyone!

    I broke hinge to oven door. Carlos came to examine problem, identified what was necessary to fix it. Had to special order hinge. Carlos didn't require prepayment of the parts needed. When part came in, 3 days from initial service call, he called to arrange time to install new hinge. He came same day, right when promised, fixed oven in short time. I mentioned dishwasher was not level. He took dishwasher out from cabinet, leveled dishwasher, and put it back into cabinet. I was very happy with what Carlos did and how much he charged. I would definitely recommend Carlos to anyone that needs appliance repair. Thank you Carlos. Good job.

    I really like this company and feel fortunate to have them here locally.  Everything went very well, right from the time I spoke with them to make the appointment.  I like that I talk directly with the family that does the work.  The man I spoke with arranged a one-hour appointment window (not the four-hour type that Sears sets up and then doesn't keep) the next day -- which happened to be the day before Thanksgiving.  It turned out that they were short handed that day so the technician didn't arrive within that window, but I got a very courteous phone call from them, apologizing for the delay and explaining the reason.  The man I spoke with said the technician should arrive within a half hour, and he did.
    He checked all the dryer's systems, showed me the fried heating element, told me what it would cost to replace it, and did just what I needed him to do.  He also cleaned out the dyer vent. 
    As it happened, I was in the middle of a minor plumbing crisis and was worried that a poorly installed dishwasher might be the problem.  He generously volunteered to check that out for me to make sure there was no current leak (and recommended that I contact the company that had installed it to fix the problem).  I much appreciated that reassurance.
    Overall, this was among the best experiences I've ever had with appliance repair, and I highly recommend this company.  They're excellent communicators, respectful, considerate, and skillful.

    We have used them three times and we've always been happy with them. He came back the next day to replace the part. He made sure that the washing machine was working right since. He is trustworthy. I was comfortable having him in my home. I don't have any complaints. I feel the price was fair. I was surprised at how low it was. He's not always available.

    Mr. Derrick refused to come out.  His only reason was because there might be a dead rat.  His long delay in returning my phone call and his inexplicable refusal to help me make his business one to avoid.

    The first visit was fine. Expensive, but the repair lasted.
    The second visit was unacceptable to me. There was a communication failure and the tech did not come prepared for the main task. Communications failures happen, I get that. The tech called his service manager and handed me the phone.
    The short description is that the service manager recognized the error and first chose to blame it on the customer and then to not do the work at this time or at the price quoted. He wanted an additional $100 service fee. I asked him if he was blaming me, and he pretty much said yes.
    I recognize that this is my own sense of the events, but that is what the review process is about.
    I am tolerant of communications errors, I make plenty of them myself. I will not, however, recommend any service company (or car shop or lawyer or doctor) who in my sense blames the customer. What on earth would make any of us want that in an appliance repair?

    Very nice! It seems challenging to find a good appliance repair person in this area, and I'm glad I found this one. I had to wait a week or so for an open appointment slot, but that seemed the same case with everyone else. He was actually the first that could see me that said he could help. He came on time, was quick to find and fix the problem, friendly, clean and very reasonably priced. He even gave me good advice on another problem in just a few minutes.

    Even though I was outside of service area Luan said if I could bring my dryer to him he could repair it. This instead of waiting 1 to 2 weeks for the other guys. He was courteous and very helpful in fizzing my dryer. I would say it was the BEST experience I have ever had in getting something fixed. Very knowledgeable, reliable and fast.

    I have an old duplex near the beach and it always seems to need something. I live in Northern California, so I can't supervise the job the way I would if I were in Los Angeles. The manager of my property recommended Rite Fast and I have been quite pleased with their responsiveness and integrity. I have used Rite Fast ever since for a number of jobs over the past few years.
    For the exterior paint job, we had to figure out the colors the over the phone. Luis was patient and understanding. They coordinated with the tenants and cheerfully dealt with the tenants aggressive dogs, and cleaned up from all the sanding and scraping. The paint job came out beautifully.
    For the electric gate, Rite Fast correctly diagnosed the electrical problem and painted the gate with industrial rust resistant paint. The gate looks brand new and now the tenants are once again able to use their parking.
    I am happy to recommend Rite Fast for any type of remodeling or repair work.

    I love this company.  I have received great service from them.  I have been using this company for several years.  Anytime we have a problem we call them.  They are a local family owned business.  They were very fast and their prices were reasonable.  The people they sent over were very personable.  They gave us a lot of information and many options if we wanted a quick fix verses spending more money for a long term option.
