  • My family loves this place. Dr. Chad Cox is now my personal physician. Terrific guy, very knowledgeable, great "bedside manner." Truly cares.
Prices are very fair, billing is great, office environment is nice and the staff are personable. I've been several times and so have family members (including children.) The Doctor's Office is a great find. Two locations, Valencia and Canyon Country. Have been to both.

  • You can't go wrong with Dr Samadi. He is the BEST PERINATOLOGIST. My daughter went into preterm labor a few years ago with my grandson who is a healthy perfect two year old. We first met Dr Samadi when my daughter was at AVhospital and in preterm labor at 25 weeks! He was absolutely our saint. He treated our unborn grandson like he would his own child. My daughter's husband is in the military and is stationed in New Mexico presently. She found out she was pregnant with her second son, started receiving progesterone shots at 16 weeks but started to have some random contractions. Her and her husband decided she needed to come back to Santa Clarita to be near Dr Samadi. She went to ER at 26 weeks and was treated byDr Samadi. She is now 29weeks and holding. I've been a nurse in the Santa Clarita valley for 28 years. I know good quality health care and Dr Samadi is above and beyond. Like I said, you can't go wrong with Dr daughter is so trusting in him(as she should be) that she left her home to assure her unborn child would have the best care!!!!!

  • While we were hiking I wanted to contact the best doctor I could. He was extremely helpful and a very thoughtful guy. He did not charge me for the approximate half-hour that I spent talking with him trying to figure out what to do with my son. I had seen him myself about a year earlier for just GP stuff. In fact, when I had money I used him for VP concierge service which was $1,500 yearly and I could see him any time I wanted, including phone calls. It was just open access. This was referred to me by a friend of mine. The office environment was fine and he had good help. He had a nice receptionist and a good nurse. I think he is not the kind of a guy to make me wait for my appointment. Nothing stood out in my head as bad. Given his own professionalism he was very good. From a billing perspective I have been extremely happy with them.

  • He was the second rheumatologist I saw. I have been misdiagnosed with something else but he was willing to look at me and start from scratch and totally go back over my medical history. He spent a lot of time with me, especially during the first visit, in getting to know me as a patient.

  • It went well. The doc took the time to explain all the details. Made sure I was comfortable. Brought in the finance staff to explain about billing who was not to friendly. But overall the doctor is fantastic.

  • I saw Dr. Samadi during all three of my pregnancies for detailed ultrasounds. A typical visit includes a thorough scan by one of his highly trained technicians (he was training a technician while I was there and asks them lots of questions) followed by a second scan conducted by Dr. Samadi. The combined ultrasound time during a visit can sometimes last about an hour. If there's something to catch, Dr. Samadi will spot it. I have a feeling he is a perfectionist by nature and this trait is a definite plus in his specialty. And he's a nice guy too. The only complaint that I have, is that wait time in the waiting room can really vary. Sometimes I was seen within 15 minutes, but more frequently I waited between 30 minutes to an hour to see the doctor. But I have a feeling that this is because of the amount of time he spends with each patient. He doesn't rush you through.

  • Dr. Khorrami quickly and correctly diagnosed my husband, Darel, with pancreatic cancer. This is very difficult to do, plus very difficult to get health insurance to approve certain tests rapidly, but the doctor’s office was superb at handling this. This
diagnosis is a rapid death sentence with the only hope tied to a highly dangerous surgery (Whipple) which should be done by a surgeon who does at least 20 per year. That is a hard number to reach considering the speed with which this disease kills its victims. We could not get the staff of the top surgeon to answer our call for even an appointment, but Dr. Khorrami called him directly on his cell and convinced him see us that same day. Even aside from this remarkable treatment, Dr. Khorrami is caring and forth coming with answers, even when they are painful to hear. He tells you how it is with an excellent bed side manner. His staff is pleasant and quick to help. His nurses are practically painless when drawing blood. Darel is still alive today, 10 months later, primarily because of Dr. Khorrami. Yes, the surgeon was amazing, but Dr. Khorrami made the appointment happen.
Darel sees Dr. Khorrami every few weeks and because of the doctor's close monitoring of Darel's blood work and progress through chemo and radiation, Darel has been able to put some weight back on and digest food more comfortably. Dr. Khorrami is truly treating the whole patient and also coordinates with all of Darel's other doctors and shares the lab work generously.

  • Love Dr. Navid. I just moved to the area from FL., and found out I am pregnant with my second child. I hated just choosing a Dr but I had to do so. After reading reviews they all reminded me of my OBGYN back in FL. The Dr. Is amazing I would highly recommend him. The office is quite small and he is always running behind, but I guess that's part of the territory when you are delivering babies. The office staff can be friendly but depends what side of the bed they woke up on.

  • Dr Maharjaran sent the orders for my blood work at my previous appointment so it was waiting for me when I needed to go get my blood taken for my yearly physical. The lab already had all my details, I like that I don't have to keep filling in new paperwork when i go to Facey, it is all automated.
After reviewing my blood work with me, and weight and general issues Dr. Maharjaran gave me my pap in the office. I prefer to have my pap there rather than have to drive all the way over to Valencia to an Obgyn. Dr Maharjaran did find some abnormalities so I had to have more tests (had to go over to the Obgyn anyway!) I had them at Facey too, again all very handy not having to fill in more paperwork.
I am always happy with the length of wait for an appointment and in the office and everyone is so professional and kind at Facey. I have been very happy here.
Dr. Majarharan is lovely I would recommend her to anyone.
