    Eduardo arrived right on time. He was polite and very professional. He also completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. The end result looked so good, we decided to have him look at other windows that we might want tinted before next summer. Incidentally, the film used was 3M with a five year warranty. We discussed film with a lifetime warranty, but it didn't make sense for a garage. However, for the main part of the house, a lifetime warranty, provided directly from 3M, sounds like a good idea.

    It went really well. I am very happy with the installation. He was very much on time, and was accommodating. He was even willing to come on a Sunday. He went above and beyond to accommodate. They were very fast, and professional. You could tell he knew what he was doing. He finished the job in 1 day, when originally we thought it would take 2. This was my first time using this company, and would highly recommend them.

    Excellent and very honest. Good quality and do not rush work. They don't go overboard or over suggesting what could be done. They will suggest things that only needs to be done. I've seen women coming and very straight forward. Very fair treatment for both men and women.

    Santa Clarita Auto Sound
    Santa Clarita Auto Sound ripped me off. They sold me a cheap boss radio that included a backup camera. I have the invoice to prove that Henry charged me for the cost of a NEW camera and he charged me for the installation. They used the same OLD backup camera installation so all they did was replace the camera. The cable for the camera was already ran from the existing back up camera. I have the receipt to prove this. I just didn't inspect everything because they took too long to do the install. I had to come back from the first installation because the cheap radio that they ordered (which they do not have on their website) didn't work. I waited 8 hours the first day for the installation, it was only supposed to take 3 hours. They also cracked my dash board I let Henry know via email that I confirmed they received but he did nothing about it nor did he give me a discount on additional installations I requested. The bottom line is that Henry can���t deny that he charged me for a camera that already came with the model that I ordered.... BVB9967RC [*** Link removed ***]

    I thought they were fantastic. They were very good, and thorough. We got coupons for them online. I do not normally schedule an appointment, and just call ahead. It takes about 30 minutes or so for an oil change. I have been going here off and on for years, and I would highly recommend them.

    They are pretty good. I don't plan to purchase a Lexus in the future but it's not due to anything Lexus of Valencia has done. Lexus vehicles are simply expensive. I currently have about 260,000 miles on this vehicle I purchased from them years ago.

    It wasn't very expensive and did a good job. We take it in and pick it up at night. It was what we expected. The work was routine, there wasn't anything outstanding about it, and there hasn't been any problems.

    It has changed owners. We would use them again, after we looked around. We would have to go down and see what they have in stock. We would have to check the price of the car we are looking for. We would look around. He was OK, we drove a couple of cars while we were there, and explained all about it. It was good. It's a fairly new building and well kept.

    There's one reason why I stopped going to them, and that's kind of like the thing that I guess is the major influence why I don't keep going back to them, was that when I went there, I dropped the car off like 8:00 in the morning, and probably like 1:00 they had not started it yet, so I basically just said give me my car, I'm done, I'll take it some place else. They have not even touched it. It's like what's the point of making a reservation, you know calling ahead and saying "hey, I'm going to be dropping the car off". That was my primary company and then I stopped using them, for that specific reason. When I did used them it's fine. No I'm not going to use them again because of that one incident. They do a good work, there was just a bad day, usually it just takes them a couple of hours, the waiting area was clean.
