Business Description: We have wonderful and thorough cleaning technicians, fully background checked and whom you can communicate with in English. The owner has been in business over 20 years. She cleaned house herself for over 15 years. We are fully licensed and insured. We strive to use green products whenever possible. Payment is due at the time of service. Check or cash is preferred since we are a small business and this helps keep the costs of the cleans down. However, we do happily accept credit cards. You will be left a receipt upon completion and after receiving payment. You do not need to be there during the clean, but can be if you prefer. We are great with pets. You will get the best clean with limited distractions. We hold keys for our clients if they wish us to. We strive to deliver excellence to each customer who comes our way. Communication is key for us. We want you to be happy and our goal is to deliver great quality every clean. We use green products as often as possible. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. We do detailed work orders on each home for ongoing cleans. For initial cleans we may need to pair up techs to get the job done. We assign the same technician and believe in a solo cleaning approach on a regular basis once you are at maintenance level for ongoing service. We do offer sheet changing and trash taken out but it must be requested. We do not automatically charge for trash take out as we find that about half our clients want it and half don't. One sheet change can be included free in your clean. We have recommendations for carpet steam cleaning and windows but do not offer these services ourselves. We do not overbook or double book. Since we are very choosy about our staff there may be a wait from time to time to get into our schedules but we do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible. Temporarily we are not offering one time cleans as we do have a waiting list for weekly, biweekly and monthly cleans. Please check back though as this changes.

FCarmona CleaningA horrible experience just to schedule for a cleaning: The company did not return phone call to schedule cleaning. After three phone requests they called back. The phone operator/ owner was rude, arrogant, unprofessional, demanding, repeated questioning, talked about themselves. They texted me back with offensive comments. CLady MaidzIt was just OK. Lady Maidz uses contractors. While LM was very professional, prompt with responsiveness, very good at addressing issues - they were just OK with housecleaning. CLady MaidzThey were just OK, nothing great, just OK. I have since found a better service. Lady Maidz subcontracts. That said, the response and question about services from Lady Maidz was VERY GOOD and prompt. They offered to try again, but we had already found a service we preferred. FMaid Brigade of Santa ClaraThe owner is rude and I have no respect for the woman. I am unhappy about how she has spoken to me on the phone. I have left her a couple messages and she has not responded after calling the day I had a cleaning service scheduling asking to come after business hours. That is unacceptable. AAmazing Clean WorldI used a coupon from Angie's List - and I've tried a number of housecleaners from Angie's List. This company is BY FAR the BEST. I let them know, since we are retired, that I could be flexible on days and time, although I prefer towards the end of the week. Occasionally they ask if they can adjust the time, or give ma a time frame for services (ex: between 10:30 - 11 am or maybe a bit more due to traffic) which is fine by me because I said it was OK in the beginning. They do more of the little things (baseboards, light fixtures, sometimes some wall marks and I still don't know how they get our stainless steel kitchen sink so sparkling - others say they will but they miss it a LOT). They have a job for life. GREAT couple, very pleasant, family run business & their workers seem to stay with them (which also speaks well in my book). They ALWAYS are rpompt with replies and comments. I don't need to look anymore. I am also recommending them to my siblings. Cannot go wrong in my book. So glad I found them & so happy with Angie's List.- Nancy B.

BCarmona CleaningThe two women (the crew) were very nice, but again, the quality of work was disappointing. Good but not great. The women talked with one another almost the entire time they cleaned, and worked in the same bathroom at one time instead of separate bathrooms. BLady MaidzThey did a wonderful job. The was one caveat, but they are fixing it. There was a subcontractor come out. The work they did was really good, It was supposed to included the interior of the oven and refrigerator. It didn't initially happen but they are coming out to fix it.- Nancy B.
