    Dr Davis spent time with my Dad, taking time to understand the problem and the need. He re-lined the denture, and scheduled follow up visits to track the progress. My Dad has been back a few times for adjustments. Dr. Davis has him try it for a week, but to call him if it isn't right. His procedure is to make small changes to meet the specific need. It may take several adjustments but if you overcorrect the problem it can make it worse and you are back to square one. Dr Davis and his staff have been exceptional. If my Dad called to request an appointment, he was usually accommodated very quickly. And after every visit he had nothing but positive things to say about Dr.Davis and his staff, and each time felt a noticeable difference in the comfort of the denture. We were very fortunate to find Dr.Davis and highly recommend his services.

    I have used Dr. Gorrell for almost 30 years. He is the very best for both general dental problems and cosmetic issues. Dr. Gorrell will not only look at the initial problem but advise on how best to avoid future problems.  He stays up to date on all the most recent procedures. I have seen other dentists but always come back to Dr. Gorrell.
    When a referral to a specialist is needed, Dr. Gorrell usually knows someone that has been doing whatever it is for several years and has a good record.
    Everyone in the front office and back work area are very polite and the overall office atmosphere is cheerful. Recently the Office Manager for many years, Merlene, retired. I hope she reads this review and accepts it as a "thanks' for creating such a pleasant office environment.
    The persons responsible for billing will work with you on insurance matters. The billing is kept very straight forward.
    I recommend Dr. Gorrell for any all dental and cosmetic dental needs.

    They are accommodating with appointments.  In an emergency you get in right away.  Staff is very friendly and the waiting room is comfortable.  Dr. Wang has an excellent bedside manner he is friendly and jolly.

    I really like the office staff. However, they are no longer a preferred Delta Dental provider. You pay them. They submit to Dental Dental. You then receive a check from Delta Dental. Unfortunately, the office costs are no longer covered entirely by Delta Dental. My Delta Dental reimbursement was approximately two-thirds of the cost. In the near future, we will be paying totally out-of-pocket. As a result, we are changing to another provider.

    I've used her for several years. She's totally up on everything and is very, very professional. She also has good professional contacts. Her office is absolutely gorgeous and very artistically managed. She's in the midst of remodeling. Her office is very welcoming. Her staff is wonderful. Her receptionist knows exactly who you are. They work hard to make things work. You get a feeling of professionalism.Her staff tends to stay with her and work very cohesively together.

    5/30/15. It's been a long year. We saw her at her Sunnyvale,CA location.
    I would not recommend Dr Ghia to anyone.
    We were referred to her by 1-800-Dentist; she had one old review on Angie's list so I assumed she was ok. My mistake.

    We were surprised there was a minimum fee that would be charged just for the visit. We were again surprised when Dr.Ghia told us the fee was more than we were told.
    I was helping my 87 year old father find a dentist; he is having trouble with a denture.
    I was initially pleased with the first meeting, but that was to change after subsequent visits.

    Dr Ghia spent little time with my father, leaving his care to associates. All they did was reline the denture with a temporary lining initially. They later charged another $300 to apply a different liner.
    When a modification was made by the Dr. that improved the fit and he asked what she did- she would not tell him.

    Ultimately we paid more than $600 and ended up with the same denture, and problem we started with and the response from Dr.Ghia has not been acceptable.
    Had my dad paid with a credit card we would have disputed the charge, but he paid with cash.

    I would not recommend Dr Ghia, nor 1-800-Dentist. experience was nothing like the Yelp reviews currently visible. I would not recommend Dr Ghia to anyone.

When they made the next liner the improved modification was no longer there and the discomfort continued. After numerous visits it was clear she was not interested in working with us - and we were tired of the repeated visits.

    Ultimately we paid more than $600 and ended up with the same denture, and problem we started with and the response from Dr.Ghia has not been acceptable.
    Had my dad paid with a credit card we would have disputed the charge, but he paid with cash.

    I went to them to see about implants because I had lost lot of my own teeth over the years and the dentures I had weren't working very well. The dentist recommended a surgeon who would actually put the implants in. At first I didn't like the initial suggestion, which was to take all the rest of my teeth out and then put these implants in along with some new dentures. But she showed me some x-rays and pictures and I finally came around to agree to that. Then she referred me to Dr. Walker for implants and he was fantastic.

    I've been going to her for about 30 years. I like all the aspects of her dental care. They're clean and professional. I've had nothing but good experiences with her hygienist which is normally the thing I go in for.

    First, let me say that everyone at Perfect smile is really nice, friendly and professional. The office also has some nice amenities like netflix for patients during the dental work complete with headsets.
    The problem with perfect smile is they are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and AGGRESSIVE WITH RESPECT TO TREATMENT options. I guarantee you, you WILL reach your insurance maximum there every year. They are also very expensive so even if you have great insurance (which I do as my wife is a teacher) you will still end up paying hundreds if not thousands out of pocket. They really nickel and dime you to death. Most dentists don't charge to send your xrays to a new dentist. Perfect Smile does - and they charge you $25 to send it via email (which by the way is illegal).

    I have been seeing Dr. Ishida for more than 20 years! She has been seeing my kids since they were in preschool! My entire family uses her services! She is just great in every aspect as a dentist! We love going to see her!
