    I hate car repairs, but they were good at keeping us informed as to what we needed. They didn't go over, what we gave them for the time to do it. They're pretty good with their estimates there. All of the places are doing better with service than they used too. We have 2 Honda's and we prefer to use the service of a dealer.

    It's pretty good.? I actually will go there tomorrow.? They treated me very nice and professional.? I've been there a few years already so they are professional, so they're good.? So far as I know, they're prices are really competitive.? So if you are looking for a good quality service company in your list you probably can find them to talk to them.? They're pretty good.? I give them an A plus.

    They get the job done. They give you a free car wash coupon. They have a lounging area with free coffee. They give you shuttle services where you can go within a 10-mile radius. They are friendly.

    This was one of those bring it in every 3 to 6 months. We have been with them for years. Our last care our engine was still working so well for 200,000 miles because of the care they gave us. So for our next car of course we would go back to them. I would give them an A+ if you had A+. Excellent price range. More modest than the factory price we would have to do. We are so impressed with them. We keep telling our friends. We do use them all the time.

    It is full service. They repaired my car after an accident and not only gave me a great rate but they did a great job. They are very good at regular maintenance as well. They let me know of any upcoming problems that I may need to keep in mind to take of in the future.

    I was very happy with them. They are reliable and honest. I think they gave me a fair price. So, I am quite happy with that. The service was completed very promptly. I started going to them because I used to go to the dealer and I was very unhappy with the dealer. The dealer was not very reliable and expensive. I went to Eserini because I had done some research and they were fairly highly rated. I think they do good work for reasonable price. I have used them over and over again for five years or so.

    I've used them before. They're good. They're on time. They do what they say they're going to do. I will make a note saying contact your insurance company because generally they have an agreement with them. If you replace your windshield you don't have to pay it out of pocket. It's like 40% off by doing that.

    Raul owns it and I find him to be way up in the top neighborhood on every category. I have taken all my cars except the rotary engine to him for the last two years. The service has been just fine. He fixed the problem in less time than he thought he would take and in under budget, it is had to argue with that.

    I emailed 3 shipping companies for quotes. The first company got back to me within 48 hours and needed a 4-day pick up window at a cost of $1,400. Executive Auto Shippers took 4-days to respond but only needed a 3-day pick up window at a cost of $1,400. The third company did not respond. Due to the smaller pick up window and my discussion with Matt on the phone we decided to move forward with EAS.
    Once a shipping company was assigned we were assigned a pick up date of 5/28, which did not work for employee we were picking up from. He called the driver to see if we could change the pick up date from 5/28 to 5/29. The driver mentioned he could do that, but we had to make the adjustment with EAS directly. I called and made the request with the EAS sales team and our pick up date was changed to 5/29. I was informed that the pick up went smoothly.
    The driver called the day before to confirm the delivery date & time. The car arrived a week after being picked up at the delivery address as expected...with a few hundred extra dead bugs on it!

    First time I used Authority I worked with Kim who was professional and patient. I had a few cars in mind but being new to the process, I was unsure and had many questions. Kim took time to explain how Authority achieves the best price for there clients  and getting a better deal on one vehicle over another can vary due to a number of things, some public but hard to find, and some industry based and most shoppers never know about. The service was quick and efficient and my friends and even some family members who work at a car dealership were impressed with the deal I achieved on my Audi. Kim reviewed the contract before it was presented to me and I also had my lawyer review things. It was as good a deal as Authority had promised.
    2nd time I leased a Lexus and had the car in less than 4 days at a significant savings over what another "car shopper" said he could get me the car at and less than what I tried to negotiate on my own. They provide a great service. If you hate the shenanigans of shopping for a car at a dealership and saving money then this is the service I would recommend.
