  • In January of 2008, while out of town I had an anyerism rupture in my brain. After brain surgery(out of town) I returned home to Cincinanti where I had to have rehab and followup services provided. I was assigned to Dr. Ringer at UC. I am VERY glad that he was my doctor. Since that time I have had follow up with him. He is extremely talanted and I would have NO problem recommending his services.

  • He is a very good doctor, and he saved my wife's life. He is very thorough and very competent. The checkups afterwards were very knowledgeable, and he was very careful to make sure that things were okay. Anytime we needed him he has been there, but we haven't needed him very much though. He has an office on the 2nd floor and he is available. It is easy to get to and good parking, I don’t know what else I would want. We have never had to call him for an emergency or anything; I don't know about that part of his life. He certainly did us a good job. He is very quick and to the point. He doesn’t waste any words and my wife liked him. He says everything he wants to say very quickly and does it concisely. Then he asked us if we want to ask questions the first time that I met him. One of the questions I asked him was whether he was the best around. He didn't hesitate and said that he was the best. He had confidence in his abilities and he proved it to us. The tumor was cutting off blood to my wife's eyes and also to her brain. The tumor was removed, but there has been no improvement. He had to move parts of the brain, and when that is done there is loss of memory. I know that and he explained that beforehand. Right now it has been over 2 years and she is still alive. We paid the billing and so forth before the operation. We really haven't had anything come to us like a bill or anything like that. I can't comment on his billing techniques, because we paid beforehand.
