    Fisher Motorcycle Service
Josh Fisher, the owner, and his team, exceeded our expectations. Josh was able to correct the wheel balancing issue that for some reason, a famous bike shop in LA could not diagnose and repair. My husbands bike was upgraded from an 88cu inch to 103 cu inch. The paint job was perfect and the engine makes a beautiful throaty sound. He replaced a leaky gasket around the transmission cover at no additional charge and added something to the throttle that reduced stress on my husband's carpal tunnel. He added chrome to the rockers and the pipes and his bike has the prettiest pair of white wall tires I have ever seen. Josh Fisher's hard work and dedication has made my husband's bike stand out and be admired by complete strangers. I would also like to add that this is a BIKERS shop. There is no cappuccino machine and croissants and there are no cute girls in tank tops. No fluff-just honest work at an unbelievable price. The anti dealership!

    Pista Design Moto
Pista is by far the best motorcycle shop I have dealt with in the Los Angeles area. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable, EXTREMELY HONEST (a trait hard to come by with most mechanics), and does amazing work. On top of all of this, he is a super down to earth guy and easy to talk to, he will explain anything about your bike that you don't quite understand. He is also very easy to get in touch with and will keep you posted with the progress on your bike. He never tries to sell you parts or service you don't need, and his labor rate is the best out of the multiple other shops I have been to. All in all, Pista is an incredible facility with top notch mechanical work (not to mention they also build custom bikes!) and I will never have anyone else touch my bike. Highly recommended them for all of your motorcycle needs, they are the best shop around without a doubt.

    BAR-CUF
Great bar to have a casual drink and listen to some good music. Always good droughts here and they even have house beer which is the best cheap beer.

    HONDA OF GLENDALE
I first met Brian and Darlene Strong in 1998 when I was just introducing my 7-year old son and my wife to the sport of off-road motorcycle riding. Being new to the sport, and to motorcycles, I can still remember how comfortable and welcome they made me feel. This is an old-school familiy owned and operated shop, and the son/mother team of Brian and Darlene incredible. My son is now 22 years old, and I feel that he is a better person and a better driver because of our familiy time spent camping in California City and learning to ride with these great people at Honda of Glendale. Brian is a great mechanic and all service is provided professinoally and for a very fair rate. He and his team get it done right!I never hesitate to recommend Honda of Glendale for all you Honda motorcycle service and purchases. They will take good care of you and your family, everytime!

    PROSPEED MOTORCYCLES
After two rough experiences at an unamed HD Dealer - one such installation of forward controls coming loose becuase of improper installation (by the way indangering me riding) I checked Angie's List for motorcycle service. I went to Prospeed to see the shop and talk. I was impressed with Ian's straightforward manner and I felt very comfortable with him. I stopped in a few more times after that discussing how to go about the upgrade. I bought the kit and the other chrome parts and Ian, the owner did all the work. He is a real straight shooter - honest - and even was honest enough to adjust the bid down since it did not take as much as he originally thought. You will not find any better - and besides he works on all kinds of motorcycles and even scooters.

    M & C MOTORCYCLE SHOP
These guys are awesome, although I believe if they haven't moved, the shop I went to was located at 901 E 4th StLong Beach, CA 90806. Super professional and prompt.  They were also very good at communicating....something most other repair shops are horrible at.  I have definitely found my new mechanic.

    Simi Valley Cycles
A service person was waiting as the flatbed tow truck pulled up. He immediately hopped up and helped the driver unstrap the motorcycle. He then "walked" the bike down (which is not easy with a flat rear tire). The tire was replaced while I waited (about an hour), and I rode off. Excellent service.

    BEACH YAMAHA
The guy there named Mike is the best service manager that I've ever dealt with be it two- or four-wheel. I would give those guys a quadruple A rating for everything under the sun because of their service and maintenance work. They warranty your service work. I had a couple of issues where I had to take the bike back and they fixed the problem with no charge.

    Parts411.Com
I am a Harley-Davidson owner and have been for some years now.  I am very finicky about who touches my Fat Boy and expect good work to be done.  The dealership that had done the work on my bike for years was very expensive and I often felt like I was just a number in the system. This shop, Parts411, was recommended by a friend, who knows some of the personnel at Parts411.  He said they would do a good job.  I called this morning to get my bike in today and the guy on the phone was really helpful. He said to get the bike it ASAP and they would take care of the work.   When I arrived at the shop things were pretty hectic because it is a Saturday morning and they were short staffed.  However, they were very cool and wanted to make sure that I did not feel neglected.  One of the guys working the phones must have apologized more than a few times.  I told him not to worry, and that I was more than happy to wait, as I am when it comes to good service.  I only waited a view minutes and when they were able to take care me, I was given their undivided attention.  The gentleman helping me explained all of the options that I had and gave me enough time to think about what I wanted to do.  I am pretty set on the things that I want to get on and for my bike and they did not try to sell me anything that seemed unreasonable.  However, the gentleman helping me did offer a couple of modifiers, one of which I have been waiting for to come about for a few years.  I accepted that item to be put on my bike.  I left the shop feeling very confident that they would perform the work on my bike.  When I got back to the shop I felt comfortable again that they had done everything that they said they were going to do and that my bike was well taken care of. I joined Angie's List to find a good motorcycle service shop and was dissapointed when i found their were few reviews. So, i have taken it upon myself to get that list up and running.  For those out there who belong to the two-wheel family and are cautious about the places they use for service, let me assure you that I will be going back to this shop and giving them more business.  I highly recommend Parts411 and hope you give them a shot.  Ride safe.
