    Associated Construction
Excellent. Associated Construction team is excellent and helps with design as well as being excellent at construction which means I didnt need to hire an architect or designer. Every subcontractor they work with is the best Ive worked with as well. Excellent experience and outcome.

Freddy was quick and sharp to identify where and why the water pipe was leaking. Freddy repaired the leak with no problem and was so kind and helpful enough that he also installed a sink and a toilet for me. And it only took him 30 minutes to finish everything! He was also kind enough to recommend to me on what water heater would work best for my mobile home.

    Pure Home Remodeling
We had our home remodeling project completed by David and his team at pure home remodeling that at the end of it, it turned out as a gorgeous project. We wanted to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms while focusing on the green aspect while still having all the functionality and look that we always wanted to have. This remodeling was designed and accomplished by David and his professional team who did a wonderful job and they were able to include everything from the tankless water heater, to home automation lighting with LED bulbs and low voltage fixtures and low energy HVAC and double side windows. Our home exceeds California energy efficiency standards by over 40% which also reflected in the monthly bills. We are very happy and lucky to have our new home and we want to thank everyone that was involved in this remolding project at our house.

    Lewis Plumbing, Inc
Was told $110.00 per hour for service.  Asked at 330PM if possible to come before 5pm.   Happy to get a call that they could come.
Plumber came at 403PM.  Reached into toilet and pulled out screwdriver.
Snaked drain with a small hand snake.
I had completely pulled items under sink the night before and had carefully
removed plastic trap which was in PERFECT CONDITION.  I was careful!!
Was hoping the trap had clog so I would not need to request plumber but was clean
    and NOT CRACKED!
Plumber was done in 20min but came out saying my plastic  trap was cracked - BALONEY!
He either knelt on it or sat on it of craced it on purpose...I'm not sure which but it was NOT CRACKED.
He took another 10min doing who know what and came back with a stainless steel trap.  I should have
    challenged him at that time.
I get the bill for $172.98!!!!!!!  Are you kidding me?  $110.00 minimum which Is obscene but expected since they are not the
type of company who would charge anything less for a 20min job (+ 10 min because he broke by trap) but I was okay with that.
But they charged me $20 for using the snake???  How do they usually unclog a drain?  With their tongue?  And another $45 for a replacement trap which I hereby swear that he broke! They should replace what they broke!  But Lewis Plumbing did not man up.  They just saw an opportunity to stick it to me.
$173 to unclog a VERY EASY sink and a reach into the toilet!  All in 30min? Oh, boy!  Was I lucky?
I will never use these snakes again (opps!  maybe another $20?) and since they are no better than rug cleaners, I recommend everyone stay away from this dishonorable company.  They are out for your money any will not be upfront with you.  After all, at $110.00 an hour they still feel the need to gauge you if you want them to use the tools of their trade.  Absolutely disgusting!
Try someone else.  You can't do worse.  They charge $20 to use the tools of their trade?  Enough said!  Can you believe it?

    Best Builders Group Inc
Me and my wife were very happy with the service and quality of work that we got from Zohar and his people when they remodeled our bathroom.
Each day, Zohar sent his workers and they arrived on time, worked hard, were polite and cleaned up each day   before leaving.  The project manager Reuven came by regularly to check on the work and see the progress.
The bathroom that we did with Zohar included a shower, New floor, Paint and bathroom fixtures.
The materials that we used, were ordered by the office of Zohar and they arrived prior to the time when the workerds needed them. In general, We are happy and we do recommend this company for and remodeling project.

Mark had some great ideas that I implemented. It really helped that he had previous experiences in remodeling a kitchen. He kept me informed on every step of the work, which I appreciated. The new kitchen looks great. Overall the experience was very good.

    Your Handyman
I can't say enough good things about the quality of work and overall professionalism Mark has shown. He always shows up when he says he will, he checks his work afterward and fixes it if necessary, and is pleasant to be around. We will happily continue to use him as we are doing long-overdue repairs throughout the house.

    Hi-Tech Builders Inc
The crew at Hi-tech started the work with a separate demolition day, to open up a wall for re-routing of plumbing and heating/air conditioning duct work.  The HVAC and plumbing sub-contractors performed their work next, followed by framing, electrical wiring, drywall, and complete painting of the space. Hi-Tech was completely flexible with our schedule, and performed in record time to construct walls, install doors, wire switches and install lights, and provide a flawless paint finish on every surface in the space. Hi-Tech came in exactly on budget and according to the promised schedule, and the quality of the work is extremely high.  We will definitely use Hi-Tech for any other tenant improvements in our building, and recommend them very highly to any building owner seeking hi-quality, reasonably priced, construction work. We have been so pleased with their work that we also selected Hi-Tech to construct a remodel and addition to our home!

Ed is a professional all the way.  HIs crew is his, and therefore he is not relying on subs or holding things up.  He is honest about time, money and taste!  Ed is a straight talker, and even tells you when and where not to spend $, which is fantastic.  He also is great about dealing with you when you're indecisive etc...His finished work is what you ordered, and he is available at all times.  The work looks great too!  I highly reccomend Ed.

They did excellent work. It was just hard to get them scheduled. The price didn't include materials. Their subs were great and they were great to work with. They are popular so they were very hard to schedule.
