  • Mold remediation went smoothly and without a hitch. Jared and his crew were always on time, easy to get a hold of, reasonably priced and wonderfully patient with explaining the process to our clients and us. Jared is a true professional with the utmost integrity, extensive knowledge, and a kind, calm, level headed demeanor. I recommend him whole heartedly.

  • The company responded promptly and had a consultant out within a few days of the initial request. The consultant showed up a bit late, but was friendly and very casual. For the inspection I was somewhat surprised that he was wearing normal street clothes and didn't even use a mask. I wasn't quite sure how to interpret this.
The consultant provided some information about the various types of asbestos and made recommendations on a various set of tests to address our concerns of possible exposure. For example, he suggested to take tape tests from nearby the attic opening and living space in addition to the heater ducting sample.
The lab tests were sent out to EMSL Analytical Inc and the results came back in two days showing chrysotile asbestos, just as the consultant predicted. He emailed out the report and went through it over the phone to answer any questions. Overall the engagement took less than 30min so I initially thought the price was a bit steep. However, I later realized that this is a specialty service, several samples were taken, and experience/expertise was provided during the assessment.

  • Called AAA regarding Driving lessons for my grandson. Santa Clarita only has classes every 2 months, and January class already full with a waiting list. The next class is in March, but that date does not work for us, so I will find another Driving School in the area.

  • Frank and his assistant did an extremely thorough inspection of the home we are buying for lead and mold. There were known mold issues in the house. Frank explained everything very well in person and we were very satisfied with his communication. He would get a full A expect that the report was delayed by a few days. The report itself was very thorough and well-explained. We didn't investigate the pricing very much; mold inspection was reasonable, although lead inspection might have been a bit high compared to what we had paid for our home in Massachusetts. This was offset by the Angie's List coupon. I would recommend Frank especially if you have a little latitude in the timing; the report itself was very high quality.

  • We had burst supply lines under the sink flood our condo 4 inches deep from wall to wall. QwikResponse was great! They were definitely quick - they arrived with multiple people and got to work within 20 minutes of my call. I had no idea what needed to be done. Everyone from QwikResponse was friendly, professional, courteous, and understanding. It was a bit of a shock to go from a normal Monday morning to having to have most of our stuff moved out by the end of the day. The people from QwikResponse were understanding of the difficulty of our situation and helped us to get through it.
QwikResponse readily explained all our options for each step of the way, and had a list of contractors to recommend for other pieces of the work, all of whom turned out to be equally professional.
There was also damage to our neighbor's unit that QwikResponse took care of.  Our neighbor was also very satisfied with their work, and there were no issues between us related to our disaster also flooding his unit.
I would definitely recommend QwikResponse if you unfortunately have a disaster like we did. Don't wait to call, because every minute counts for the spread of the damage.

  • I had mold in my house and I hired to him to fix the issue of drainage around the north side of my home. This was to be a french drainage system. This job went terribly wrong. He took my money and had another big job so he ended put me on the back burner.  I was constantly looked over and always had different excuses.  He states that in july the drainage is 85% done but that was not the case and other professionals highly disagreed and expressed that I should not pay any more money till the job is complete. I have had other contractors out for other reasons and they were explaining to me that this work is not to par and that I was being over charged. He had a very large ditch dug around the north face of my home which we had to step or jump over to get access to 5 entry ways, and I had to insist he come out to fix the issues. He came out and put boards over the large ditch so nobody would be hurt. This was after he started the job in june and didn't correct this issue until november. I had to threaten to sue him to get him to come out to put the boards over the ditch for a temporary fix for safety reasons. I feel like he was in over his head with work and because of this I am out money.  He did not to the job properly or to my expectations. Finally I just had do dismiss him from any more services. I am still addressing standing water with further construction.

  • It went well, they were punctual and flexible when I needed to reschedule, and professional. I got another quote from another company and Precision's quote blew it out of the water and the quote matched the final price.

  • Called National Econ and set up an appointment for testing. The price is fixed, so there was no negotiation. I did not seek another bid, as both painters said this was the company to use.

The inspector, Mark, arrived on time with his $20,000 testing gun. He spent about 2 hours and quot;shootingand quot; each room's walls, ceilings and woodwork. Checked painted kitchen cabinets. Took readings outside on the house and garage. Found plenty of evidence of lead-based paint, but surprisingly turned up large areas with little or no lead.

The company quickly provided us with a very complete report, including floor plans and specific readings for each location.

The EPA-certified painter we selected has based his work on the lead levels present.

Good, quick job, excellent report. Highly recommended.
