    Mark Roberts General Contractor
This contractor was fast, and effective, but sloppy.  He measured the dimensions too quickly, and left a gap in the extent of the beam between the support brackets.  His work was acceptable, but not of high quality.  The great benefits of his service were his punctuality and low price... you get what you pay for.

    The Madison Method

I had the kitchen and bathroom in my 1950s home completely re-done by The Madison Method. It was a pleasure working with Laura Dunbar and her team. Laura was full of good ideas, and she was really conscientious about communicating with me. I was informed about every decision and every step before it was taken. There were no surprises and no hidden costs. Laura is especially good at working within a specified budget and coming up with clever ways to get the most for your money. In addition, the men and women on her crew were not only competent but also pleasant and thoughtful?which was important to me because I work at home.

The kitchen and bathroom look beautiful. I think the best testament to Laura's skills and professionalism is the fact that we have become, and will remain, good friends. I recommend her enthusiastically and without reservation.

    MG Construction
Mark was simply wonderful to work with. He usually does much larger construction jobs. After speaking with him and explaining my difficulty in getting an experienced person to hang our very heavy, decorative mirror over our fireplace, he agreed to take on our task. He called to confirm the appointment time and day. He asked specific questions regarding the type of wall, size and approx. weight of the mirror, etc. He showed up on time and was extremely pleasant and efficient. He worked tirelessly for just over an hour to get the placement just right! I would highly recommend working with Mark Godkin in the future for any construction projects!

    A Jack Of All Trades
They did nothing. I asked how they could perform the work they claim to be able to do and yet hold no licenses at all. I checked the contactors website for the owner and company name and no valid license is possesed. There was no reply. He's a fraud.

    Raymond Arias Construction
I took my apartment and rented the one below and asked Raymond Arias Construction to design and install an interior staircase between the two apartments. Started and finished on the exact dates given, worked the situation so that we didnt need to move out while the work was being done. The sturdy design was everything we hoped hoped for. All the subcontractors arrived exactly on time and did their part well. The price estimate was exactly correct. Ray, the owner, explained how how his mean, when he starts a job, or at least one, stay on the job until completed. It's comforting that there are no mysterious gaps as is so often common with contractors!

In generaI, I never have complaints with the services rendered including for the other rental apartments I manage. If I set up an appointment for a specific date and time Raymond Arias Construction, Inc. is there when scheduled. His workers are always professional and polite. They completed all work in a timely manner and a complete job cleanup after. I highly recommend his services for those who want a job done right!

    Call Sam
Their quality of construction was very high. The addition matched in perfectly to the house, though it looked like original. They did a great job, on time, on budget and great workmanship all the way through.

We first met Anthony and Klay about two years ago when we were considering remodeling the home we were currently living in. We had found them through yelp and since they were highly recommended through yelp we proceeded to give them a call. We met with Anthony and outlined our desires and dreams, we then showed him some rough sketches we had done. Anthony took what we had presented him with and had plans drawn up so we could get bids on our project. After interviewing with four other contractors we decided Anthony and Klay with Fiorebuilt Construction were the right contractors for our project. Anthony was very forthright and to the point about both the cost and inconvenience of our project, what we appreciated most was he listened to what we had to say. However this was just beginning. I now found myself with plans for what I thought was my dream house, a contractor that I was sure would do an excellent job and a husband that suddenly seemed to have cold feet. For about a year Anthony would call me once a month I never felt pressured, he was just keeping in touch. I have found that today it is hard to get one call back from most contractors let alone one a month. After one year of waiting I had reached the end of my rope, I told my husband to either give me a good reason why we could not start our project or I was going to call Fiorebuilt Construction and get started. Then my husband sat me down and broke the news to me. He didn't want to remodel the house we were living in he wanted a house on a bigger lot where he could have a swimming pool and a four car garage. I was devastated. I loved my neighborhood and the plans for my new home. I told my husband he had a month to find a house we all agreed we wanted to live in and it had to be in the same school district. I also told him I wasn't going to help him look. Well my husband was right, about 2 weeks later he found a run down house on a huge lot in a great neighborhood about a mile from our current home. After having new plans drawn up we gave Anthony a call to tell him about the change and to ask him for a bid. We also called and met with eight other contractors out which we got bids from six. After careful consideration we decided to once again that Fiorebuilt Construction was the best choice for our project. Only now it was not a remodel but a whole house that was being built. It took three days to tear down the house to the slab and about a 11 Months to build our 4,925 square foot custom home. It was a long process and frustrating at times but Anthony and Klay did everything they could to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Building a home is not for the faint hearted. There are so many options, decisions and occasional changes to be made but a good contractor will make all the difference in the world. I love my dream, every time I turn the corner and my house comes in to view I get a smile on my face and a warm feeling in my heart. Everyone who comes over raves about the quality of construction and how beautiful the home is. Thank you Anthony and Klay from the bottom of our hearts for building us our dream house. It was a pleasure to work with you. We have recommended you to people who are thinking about remodeling and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks again, Katie & Mark

    Allen Construction
Allen Associates started in mid-June by completing the demolition work begun by the other contractor. We were assigned a project manager, Jeff Hunt, who immediately proved the value of the "management fee" included in the contract (a fee which was NOT covered by our State Farm insurance). On plywood sheets, Jeff laid out the actual dimensions of the front of the pool house, which was complex, with multiple windows, a door, an off-center gable and a retaining wall. His 1 to 1 layout showed a conflict between a window height and the retaining wall. This was much easier to correct on the drawings than it would have been if construction had begun and windows ordered. Throughout the construction, Jeff was on top of everything. He gave us regular updates on what had been done and what was coming up next. As we were going to select the tile and fixtures ourselves, he told us when specifications for these would be needed, as well as the dates for delivery. Whenever appropriate, he arranged for us to meet with the subcontractors to discuss options. The subs were all extremely professional and were almost always on time for a meeting. Although the physical size of the job was small - the pool house was just 10x14 - the scope was broad. The original building had to be completely demolished and removed, as the heat from the fire had weakened the brick walls and the concrete foundation. All the services (gas, water, electricity) for the pool equipment passed through or under the building. The sewer line needed a buried sump pump to push effluent uphill to the main line in front of the house. We wanted to plumb for solar heat. The electrical and gas services had to be resized to meet code. And the small workspace meant that various crews had to scheduled to keep out of each other's way. Although we didn't set a hard finish date, work progressed rapidly, with few days when there was no one working on the site. We were pretty much done in less than 3 months, but with some odds and ends, we didn't get our final inspection signed off until a year to the day after the fire. We were lucky with our rebuild - same footprint, minimal changes and a quick permit. Many others who lost their houses are either just now starting to rebuild or are still far from finishing. Allen Associates is doing a number of these rebuilds. Their professionalism will help reduce the stress on the owners. My wife and I cannot praise Allen Associates highly enough. While we are glad that our house didn't burn in the fire, if it had, Allen Associates would be the people we would want and trust to build our new house.

    Claudia Interior Design
She came in and measured the kitchen and bathroom areas. She drew up preliminary designs and then we worked with her on some changes until we felt that it was the best option and fit our budget. She was very friendly and available when we had questions or concerns. From when construction began to when it was finished, she was there to make sure the contractor and workers were executing the plans properly. Everything turned out beautifully. We couldn't be happier.
