  • The work is progressing. They beat my contractor estimates. They are extremely professional, and understanding of our needs. They show up every day and work at least 10-hours Monday thru Sunday. They are on track to meet our project deadline so we can soon move in. What is most outstanding about this company is their communication. I am all about communication. I receive updates and questions or concern text messages nearly every three hours, which I love. Great communication avoids mistakes.   • How do you know the company you're hiring has your best interest in mind? I mean, how do you know they really care? When a pipe burst in my house, I knew there might be mold. And I knew Mohamad Bailouni would be the person to go to at Risk Free Serv. He's a leading industry expert and a good friend, so I would be in good hands. As it turned out, the HOA covered the mold remediation, which was good news. The bad news was I couldn't choose the company - and the HOA already had a contract with a mold remediation company. But that didnt stop Moh from helping me out. Knowing there was no way I could give him my business, Moh still traveled 120 miles to my house and back to check on the work being done. He advised me over several phone calls, not just about mold remediation, but insurance and reconstruction. That's when you know someone cares about their clients - Moh had nothing to gain from giving me consults and making sure my house was being taken care of, but he did it anyway. He cared about his clients, he cared about the environment, and he has a conscience. As it turns out, there's another mold issue in my home that the HOA doesn't cover... need I say more? Obviously I'm going to Risk Free Serv and Mohamad Bailouni.

We packed up Barbara’s belonging, but Doug & Eddy arranged for all the repairs, cleaning, painting, yard work, donations, trash hauling services, movers, inspections, staging, marketing materials, open houses, negotiations, and paperwork. They seemed to genuinely enjoy the process, and we didn’t have to make a single return trip to San Francisco to handle ANY of the details. It was something to behold!   • Scott was recommended by a friend and really delivered for me! I needed my 1930s garage wiring replaced, two ceiling fans installed, plus a number of small repairs. His work was excellent, prices good and I loved working with him. He gave a clear itemized estimate for each part of the work, answered all my questions, arrived on time, and was professional, friendly and polite. (He even hooked up my replacement battery for the security system because I was too short to reach it--no charge!) In these days of unreliable and pushy contractors, Scott stands out as a real gem.

From the time they give an estimate to finishing the project, owners and staff members are very attentive to all matters and details of the project. Staff consistently communicates with the client on the schedule and progress of the project. My project consisted of two phases and all staff was on time or called to advise of delays. Final Touch staff is polite, knowledgeable, and leave the work areas spotless. During the estimate process, staff give you options to complete your project and give you very fair prices for the work

  • They provided a competitive bid, they performed the work with no issues. They were on time and completed the work with no issues. My biggest concern is always what happens afterwards if you have an issue. Well we did we did some minor damage ourselves, and we contacted Javier he agreed to come out and repair what we had done, at a fair and reasonable price.

  • The job went very smoothly. Very professional and plus points for attention to detail. We got some excellent advice on how to upgrade the front door. We pointed out our painted fiberglass front door during Rick's first visit and said we were thinking about getting a new door. He said "Why would you want to do that? I can put a mahogany stain on that and it'll look like a new mahogany door." We went along with his idea and he was 100 percent right. Everyone is knocked out by the front door staining job they did. It looks like the real thing and with the mahogany stained shutters they did, it was a significant upgrade to the house. At the end there as a walk through to make sure every detail was taken care of. Highly recommend.

  • The exterminator was punctual, courteous and wore booties inside the house to keep my carpet clean. He explained what he needed to do and got right to it. He suggested I wait outside until he finished the inside so I could properly lock the door. It is only 2 days since the application so I do not know if it was effective. There is a 30 day guarantee.

  • It took the 3 young men more time to get that nut off than it did to fix the problem. They ran a snake through what looked like the entire house as it went so far in and so far I've had no other problems, Thank Goodness. They guaranteed their work for the next 60 days, which I thought was very good. It was expensive due to the fact it was on a Sunday, and when I called they said it would be one price and when they got here they knocked off 20.00. I will call them again if I need a plumber.
