The work is progressing. They beat my contractor estimates. They are extremely professional, and understanding of our needs. They show up every day and work at least 10-hours Monday thru Sunday. They are on track to meet our project deadline so we can soon move in. What is most outstanding about this company is their communication. I am all about communication. I receive updates and questions or concern text messages nearly every three hours, which I love. Great communication avoids mistakes. This company is all about terrific communication, thanx God. ~Sebastian

I would hire In-line Construction in the future without hesitation. Their price was not the lowest or the cheapest but it was the most comprehensive of all the bids I received. In the end I clearly valued it as being the best for my money. Steve (and his crew) were great. In our initial meeting he took the time to explain options as well as ask me questions about what I wanted done. He took time to explain how certain things would be done during the remodel (other bidders did not). The crew doing the work were on time and kept the place as clean as possible. The work that they did was top notch. The final results came out better than we anticipated and for us, that speaks for itself. We did encounter a small water leak during construction that required repairing of a downstairs bedroom ceiling. Steve didn't hesitate for a minute and said, "I'm sorry about that and I will take care of it". And that is exactly what was done. I'm writing this review a bit late (work was completed in December and I got busy) but my wife and I look at our master bathroom everyday and are still amazed on how well things turned out. I would definitely highly recommend In-Line Construction for any work you may be considering. BTW, We purchased all the items for the bathroom (fixtures, toilets, cabinets, tile, etc.) and Steve's company did all the installation & construction work. This arrangement allowed us to buy what we wanted. Steve also provided pickup service for some of those items, just another example of what In-line does for its customer.

DO NOT USE PRC! **WATCH MY NEST VIDEOS!!!** My house got flooded a while back, and I was recommended to PRC. They were pretty much the worst construction company I have dealt with to date. 1) Emergency Services Remediation overbilled insurance company by about $8k, they also damaged my garage door and did not pay to fix it. 2) They billed me for 3 months of storage of my belongings but only kept the items there for 2 months and said "the insurance company approved 3 months", and WOULD NOT refund the difference also broke my dressers. 3) Repair took 3 MONTHS LONGER after rework after rework... Started my project in August of 2017 and did not finish until March 2018. They also overbilled by $20k 4) They use a lot of subcontractors... half of the people who worked on my property were not even PRC employees, they turned around ALL my indoor cameras while they were working on my property. Miguel took time to bring to our home samples of granite and then met us at the granite store to choose our pieces. He always responded quickly to my text messages. He had a great team that removed the old counter tops and expertly installed the new granite counter tops. Miguel even resealed our kitchen granite and fixed little chips that we had found. Miguel was wonderful to work with because he is polite, knowledgeable and reliable. I would highly recommend him.

EXCEEDED EXPECTIONS!!!! We'd hired a few years ago to remodel the guest bathroom, create and install hallway cupboard doors and add moulding to the kitchen. He was meticulous, did beautiful work and didn't cut any corners. He's a perfectionist and makes sure every detail is obviously we hired him again (and will do so for any future projects)! He has high work ethics. Pier also intently listened to our requirements and wishes, and had some helpful and ingenious ideas for areas that we needed some interior decorating guidance. He's multi-talented! Pier remodeled our master bathroom, tearing out everything and replacing wood where needed. He repaired and moved existing plumbing, added insulation, moved the electrical switches and outlets. Now for the fun parts. He installed a heater/ventillation/light/nightlight ceiling unit (no more getting out of a shower into a cold room in our cold CA winters!) and ceiling lighting. He did amazing work installing the shower stall tiles and detailed trim (which would have tested anyone else's patience because of the tiny pieces), as well as the floor and baseboard tiles. Installation of the rest of the fixtures was a breeze for Pier as well. The shower stall doors are absolutely amazing! Our master bath is now a luxurious retreat! Thank you, Pier. Pier created and installed beautiful, quality cupboards for the laundry room. Another masterpiece! He installed floor and baseboard tiles. His last amazing creation was a gorgeous mantle and surround for the fireplace. After all I've seen him create, I think he outdid himself. The moulding between the columns and the mantle was intricately pieced together. I had a vision for the fireplace, and Pier fine tuned the details to my specifications and made it more beautiful than I had ever dreamed! He tore out the hearth and installed tile on it as well as the fireplace face. Next month we're going to have him install a remote controlled gas fireplace insert. We'll be all set for our "cold" winter weather. Pier was punctual, responsive and cleaned up before leaving. His days weren't limited to 8 hours either. If something wasn't finished, he stayed to ensure it was completed so he could begin the next stage the following day. Obviously we highly recommend Pier for any projects anyone may have. Do yourself a great service by hiring him. You want the best possible work done? Look no further...hire Pier! Thank you, Pier! We appreciate you!!!

Great, solid work. Lots of layers were added for the foundation and framing. I had no idea how much work would be involved and I was impressed with all the materials used. The outcome was beautiful. Very nice tiling work.

We haven't decided if we are going to use them yet. I believe they emailed me the estimate, but I haven't looked at it yet because we are still gathering the funds to execute. The guy was very good and paid attention to detail. There was no charge for the estimate.

Jacques was great to work with and his knowledge and workmanship was excellent. He showed us various cabinet door catalogs to help with our decision, and he was totally willing to custom-mix the wood stain color we had in mind. His sub-contractors (plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile) were all very professional and clean and all had been working with Jacques for 10-15 years each. As for the budget, we had a dollar amount in mind, and his was in the right neighborhood. There were several add-ons we requested after the work began, which he accommodated without issue. Jacques responded to calls or texts very promptly. We were told each bathroom would take 5-7 weeks, and for the most part, that was true. There were minor delays here and there, and we did start the work late in the year near the holidays, but it all worked out fine. Like any job, especially on an old house, there are unforeseen costs that will come up which will take you over budget. This cannot be blamed on anyone. My only complaint would be that he could have communicated a little better on dates and times when workers would be showing up. We frequently found out the night before what would be happening the next day. But the end product was excellent and we are extremely happy. We will definitely hire C&M again for future remodeling projects. Description of work: Remodel guest bathroom: Remove vanity and toilet. Keep existing cast-iron tub. This renovation was a long time coming, & finding Horizon through Angie's List was a blessing. They had a great selection in their showroom of different products. We worked with contractor Mike Roppo, who immediately would answer our calls and was quick to fix any problems. The office was efficient in checking that every step of the renovation was completed on time. Our master bedroom is finally the sweet oasis we had envisioned.

Great! Robert was incredible. He arrived and worked continuously. During the remodeling Robert provided excellent suggestions on how to improve design, appearance and color. I short ordered wainscot material but Robert came up with the ways and means to make the material I had work. I am contemplating future projects and I sincerely hope Robert will be a part of them.
