  • Bob was prompt and efficient. He completely took apart my washer and dryer and thoroughly cleaned everything. He was very friendly and nice and cleaned everything up afterwards above and beyond his stuff. He recommended I have my dryer vent cleaned out which had not been done in a very long time. He referred me to someone and I called and they came out the next day. So, very helpful!

  • Always satisfied! We’ve had to replace our sewer line. Replace PVC with copper intake waterline. The list is quite long with a 90 yrs old! Joe Ochoa could not do all this work alone, so other techs helped with the same courtesy & respect Joe displays!

  • He seemed to know what he was doing. He fixed the problem and with no issues. His bedside manner was okay. He did what he came out to do. He charged a fair price. 

    When he was there fixing it, I told him of another problem the refrigerator was having. I asked him if he think I caused it, and he said probably not. I asked him to take a look at it and he said it was a whole different thing. He said to wait and if it becomes a problem, he said he would come back for that. I thought since they were already here, and I didn't want another charge for them to come out. That was the only thing. 

    Rick was super nice. He was very helpful and explained stuff. The main guy, who's company it was, I thought was really rude. He does know what he is doing. Maybe he was having a bad day, you never know. I don't want to hurt his business because of a bad day he had.

Woody has repaired multiple stoves, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and refrigerators for me through the years. He is the only guy I'll trust to go out for a repair without me there.   • I called Sears for appliance repair and they were going to charge me $109 JUST for the service call, plus parts, plus labor and I was going to have to wait 2 days for their next available appointment. I jumped on Yelp and looked up a few 24/7 service places. Thank god the first two places I called didn't answer, because Max Global Appliance repair was the third down on the list. I spoke to Artur, who answered my call at 11:00pm Wednesday night. Told me exactly what he thought the problem was and came out the next day as soon as I got off work. He fixed my fridge in about 5 minutes, closed everything back up properly and I can now use my refrigerator and cooler again. He was even nice enough to take a quick look at my dishwasher and diagnose what the issue was in about 10 seconds and fix it FREE OF CHARGE as a courtesy. I hope I never have an appliance issue again, but he will be the FIRST and only call I make.

  • They've doubled since I started with them, so I was debating, I'm due in March to renew but I was debating.

    They're punctual, they set up an appointment pretty much right away so now you have to wait two weeks to get the order you know if it's a part that it got orders you got to wait that time period. Most of the time their professional, there's only one person instead of, couple of times you know I don't say anything I would like to shake them but the rest of them have been very professional, very very pleasant and stuff like that.

  • Very well! Repair of Microwave. The repair to make the fix required removing the microwave from its built in installation and reinstalling it correctly. Sasha was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient.

  • It went well. The first time they came out, the television worked when they left. But, as soon as we turned it on the next day, it didn't work. So we called Sears back and they came out the second time and actually fixed the problem. They explained what had happened and we were done with all of that. They charged us once for the entire fix. I would give them an A on responsiveness, they offered tracking on the Internet as to where the service person was. They serviced our name brand television and they were able to diagnose it and make the fix.

  • The quality of the work was fine. They just found the problem and got the part immediately and I didn’t have to be without my stove for a length of time. It’s what you expect for a service person.

  • We were in a bind as our washer broke just as we were leaving on vacation. The day before our return which was a Saturday I called all the vendors on Angie's List who might be willing to come on Saturday afternoon, as we needed to do our laundry before returning to work. Vladi was willing to come on Saturday afternoon, which helped us a lot. He performed the work and was reasonable. He also suggested we replace our drum seal as there was mold and he ordered the part and came back another day to replace it. I was happy about the prompt service and the work was good. I would definitely call him again.
