AC & T Rodent Control Exclusion & Pest ControlTanya made the reservation for the inspection. I had noise issues in the attic and rats under the kitchen area. Fees were discussed along with work to be performed. Curt conducted the inspection in a professional manner, took his time to look both in the attic and under the house. Luckily, Curt explained he did not see any issues in the attic, and found where he thought the rats were coming in underneath. He showed me where the point of entry was and explained how to patch it. Overall, I was highly satisfied with C&T, fees are more than reasonable, and I'm happy to support this family owned local business.- John L.

AAttic BrightJonathon and his team did a great job cleaning out and replacing the existing insulation in my home. Luckily no rodents were up there. The only thing needing replaced was the insulation. The traditional insulation had drifted and wasn't evenly distributed. They arrived on time and finished the 1,100 square-foot job project within the day! Compared several quotes and his came in well below the others, while including the same level of service (for example, rodent-proofing, sanitizing and disinfecting the attic space, and sealing the attic). They got the job done within a couple hours and they cleaned up everything spotless! The insulation was installed perfectly, they even rodent proofed every corner. Quality is amazing.- Laura M.

APresto Pest Control, Inc.I called Jim in a panic last spring, because a billion little bugs were crawling all over my property and into the house. Even he had never seen such a bad infestation. It took a few weeks to fully exterminate them, but thanks to Jim's expertise and diligence, the situation was under control. He was able to trace it back to a mound of mulch, and worked with an entomologist to identify the insects; mostly lygus bugs. I have relied on him this past year to help control the bugs around the house. Beware carpenter ants eat through wood! Jim is friendly, knowledgeable, and perfectly reliable. AAttic BrightI'm so so so so happy we went with Attic Bright. Our issues began 2 years ago when we realized we hat a rat infestation in our attic. I called Jonathon at Attic Bright told him what was happening and and came out as soon as I could schedule. He gave me his opinion of what was needed as well as options. They came in and got rid of all the nasty blown in stuff cleaned it up, sanitizing, sealing all the holes, redoing the insulation, and left the place looking great. They had my attic empty in about 6 hrs. Their estimate was also below others but I honestly selected Jonathon because I felt he was extremely competent. ARapid Rodent RemovalCarlos with Rapid Rodent Removal is one to work with if you have a rodent problem (he has over 250 Five Star reviews on Nextdoor, Yelp & Google). We had a dead rat under our house and it was stinking to high heaven & my wife was very stressed about it. We called a bunch of pest control 'services' and none of them would do dead rodent removal without signing up for an ongoing service agreement. We didn't like the feeling of being 'held hostage' by our smelly dead animal problem to agree to some long term service contract. Somehow, we were referred to Carlos. My wife called him in the AM and he was out the same day to solve the dead rat problem. We were so impressed by the quality of his rodent control service and his positive attitude that we got a quote to rat proof (rodent exclusion) the whole house. Carlos even made suggestions for how we could do it ourselves. We decide that we did not want a reoccurring rat infestation and hired him to seal the house against future rodent intrusions. AAfter smelling something dead, on a Friday morning, I contact 5 places and no one would commit to do the work. My husband found ATCO by searching the web. We talked to them on the phone and David from ATCO Pest Control was the one that serves us. He came on time and explain upfront all the terms and what he was going to do. Then, he went underneath the house, (not an easy thing to do because everything is narrowed), and located a dead rat near the heat vents. He also located the points of the entrance where they come. He placed several traps. Then, explain the post-work we will have to do in the near future. He acted very professionally and, we are very please with his work.

AExcellent people [ Rodney,John,Chris,Geread and owner Mario] each was professional and gave me full explanations of their work. I hired them because they are" Diamond Certified" and they showed why. I have full confidence that my issue with rodents is resolved. This was my first experience with this problem and I am very grateful I picked a quality company. They keep their appointments as scheduled. They had to crawl under my home plus in my attic to put in a new air vent screen and be sure there was no additional openings for rodents . AThe introductory meeting went very well. The representative, Stephan, was very professional, arrived on time and had a professional appearance. He asked good questions , so to understand the extent of our rodent house mates and wanted to see all areas of the house inside and out. He completed a thorough inspection and educated me with his findings and clearly proposed what his company could do to remove the mice. We signed up and are looking forward to being mouse free!

AExcellent service!! Professional, on-time, respectful, got right to work, finished in shorter time than estimated. Exceptionally clean, used floor/wall coverings, had covers on shoes, vacuumed. Took pictures of before and after. Cleaned out my attic, sanitized, sealed air leaks, replaced insulation, and sealed all squirrel access holes. Written estimate with all parts of the job listed. No hidden costs or estimate revisions. The whole team wore masks. Why do I love this company and hire them again? I get to sleep tonight without hearing the squirrels tearing up my attic.
