    Thomas Watch Repair
Great service overall.  Had taken my watches to jewelers in the past with so so service so decided to give Thomas a try.  Very cordial and pleasant man who sized my wife's watch for her and asked how snug she wanted it on her wrist.  She tried it with 3 links removed and found it too snug so Thomas put a link back on.  It was a little loose but Thomas said her wrist would likely expand a little during the day and having another link removed would be too tight.  He said if she was not pleased just come in and he would readjust no charge.  Cost $8.  I came in later the same day to have my wife's old seiko looked at.  Thomas oiled and it was working in five minutes.  Cost $8.71.  Later that day my wife noticed the time was slowing down so we think the battery needs replacing and are taking it back to Thomas.  Will provide an update on this later but we both find Thomas to be a very honest, likeable, and skilled repairman and feel pleased to have found him to service our watches.

    OAKS JEWELERS
Great. I didn't know what was wrong with the watch and was afraid it would be too expensive to repair, but turned out that it was $40 (for $250+ watch) and that seemed fair.

    VILLAGE WATCHMAKER
I walked in, he was friendly and polite. The shop is awash in very nice watches and clocks. I think that he makes custom watches, but he has more nice watches than I have ever seen in one place. He looked at my watch, immediately opened it and checked the battery. It was dead. So he replaced it and did some other stuff (I think) and returned it to me. All in just a few minutes. He was friendly, more than willing to say if he could not do the work, and very professional while he was easy to work with. I like him.

When I was looking for diamond earrings, I told them how much I could spend and they got the nicest quality stones in my price range for me to look at. Once I chose my stones, I told them what kind of setting I wanted and in about two weeks my earrings were ready to pick up. I love them and get compliments all the time. I wear them everyday!

Marcello Iacomini Watches & Repair, LLC
Changing the battery was quite easy and was less costly than going to another watch guy down the road. I have some old antique men's and women's watches from the 1940's and 1950's and he has repaired about 5 of them. He called me every time they were done and gave me an honest estimate.

    J L WATCH SHOP
J L Watch Shop is great and Ann is great. Ann is kind of frugal and she tells us the places she goes and it's easy and everyone is really nice. We walk in and don't have to make an appointment and if they're open she is there.

    RITE TIME
He just opened up the operation within a couple of years. He is a very honorable guy and he did a good job. If he can't fix it he will tell you. A lot of people surprisingly go there from all over. He gives back all the parts that he changes out. Even though he is not certified on some of the more elaborate watches he will repair them if he can. I've checked around and his fees are more modest and a little lower than others. He's a good guy. He's Asian. He had a better deal by far than other places. He is certified in most of the areas and he is very careful. He is as good as it gets technically. My son has a very expensive watch that got thrown in the lake and it had gotten some water inside the crystal. He said that he could get all of it out but he was upfront and said there would be a mark on the watch. He said that he hoped he didn't mind it but it was not worth replacing that whole area for what it would cost to remove that one little speck. He was right. That's the kind of action you get. He is not trying to sell you. My son would have liked to have the spot removed but it was not worth the price. He is not certified to do Rolodex but he can do those repairs and he will tell you upfront. He can get the Rolodex parts. He tells the truth.

    Sears Watch Repair
They provide repair for all types of time pieces. Everything they did was excellent. He is very patience, kind and did a great job. I'd been to other places, who said they couldn't fix it.

    TIME MASTERS
Whatever your clock or watch needs, this tiny shop in far north Austin can fix it. The owner absolutely loves anything that ticks and especially those that don't. If they don't have a part, which is extremely rare, they will order it for you. Honest, caring and very reasonable.
