ASo Cal Builders & Design IncSo Cal Builders, replaced our roof, damaged drywall in our living and resurfaced our cabinets. They install a new sink and faucet, backsplash and quartz countertops. Our outdated 30 year old kitchen was transformed into a modern and gorgeous kitchen. The drywall in our living was replaced. Our living room was painted and looks better than it did before. We are pleased to have a much needed new roof. Everyone who worked in our home wore a mask and practiced social distancing. We highly recommend So Cal Builders to our friends and family.- Bridget A.

He did a great job completing our ADU conversion. Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. Ilan kept us informed of how the whole process was going to be from start to finish. He did not go over our set budget and numbers didn’t change from what our initial contract was. Even after the job was completed he continued to follow up to ensure everything was good and ensured that he sent out his workers for any small issues that may had come up. Ilan was a very friendly and reliable person. We are very grateful for his help with this home improvement project. He was able to work with my budget around and remodel my kitchen and bathroom exactly how I wanted. The main reason why I decided to go with this company, they were able to start right away, and they were not pushy with us like other companies. All workers were very reliable. Before starting the job we did a walk through with the project manager and informed me the process of the installation. I am so pleased with the job that now I want them to fully remodel the second house of the kitchen that I rent. Everything is absolutely gorgeous and functional! They always showed up on time, due to covid-19 they wore mask, gloves and maintained a distance of 6 feet. ATRUSTWORTHY CONTRACTOR We had water damage in our kitchen in January of 2020. We called four contractors to provide us with quotes. Michael Baum was the only one who provided us with an itemized quote as requested and prepared it in a timely manner. He was not the cheapest quote, but stayed within the budget that was agreed upon. The price was fair for the scope of work that needed to be done. Our 1960's kitchen required a complete gut job which included taking down a wall. He earned our trust early in the project by providing a discount on a footing that was not going to be required. Together with his son, Chris, there was always someone available at the site. If we had any questions, they responded quickly. They arrived on time every day. This was huge because we had done two remodels in the past and the workers always showed up hours late. Once the pandemic hit, we didn’t know what would occur. With businesses closing and not knowing whether restaurants would remain open, this left us in unknown territory just like everyone else. Knowing we were without a kitchen and now living with yet another challenge, Michael pushed forward and helped us finish the job quickly. The subs wore masks and kept their distance as they worked hard to complete our kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with the results and experience. AWe love our new master bathroom. John and his crew were the best. John walks you through all your alternatives and helps guide you to a solution. He is so easy to work with and very easy to get a hold of. Any time I had a question he always responded very quickly. We never felt alone during this project. He was with us all the way from start to finish. John is so good at what he does and he knows the right way to have things done. He his a perfectionist. His workers were all very nice and neat. It was during Covid and they all had masks and were very careful. Once we started construction it took about 5 weeks to completion. His pricing is very fair and he is always looking for ways to help you keep your costs in line with your needs. He is also very honest & trustworthy and the kind of person you want to have work for you. We enjoyed working with him and won't hesitate to use him again. I wish I would have found him years ago.

AWhen I found IND Construction and decided to move forward with them, I felt at ease. Every single step, from design to architecture to clearing out an old shed, to building the structure and final touches, was done with care. That meant a lot to me and my dad, especially now, with COVID-19. The workers were thoughtful and all my questions were answered and attended to. At the end of the day, I was really thankful that my guesthouse was built. It gave me a sense of relief and accomplishment. When I look at it, I think of my mom, who had wanted to build a guesthouse. I think she would have been really happy.
