    The car is older and its a 2003. I don't want to buy another car. I had to pay for my kitchen, I can't pay for a new car now. It was a good experience. It was sad, because I had to pay. My air brakes wouldn't work. You push on the brakes and it wouldn't go. They knew exactly. They had all the technology to see what is wrong with the car. All the computer's stuff they need to have. They reset it. It wasn't working right, and they reset it again for no charge. If you take it there and say something is wrong, they will fix it. They are honest. Its cheaper than going to the BMW garage.

    They are great. They did a great job. They will fix it right away. The guy's father went to school with my son. The son runs the shop now. They are really good people. They don't charge you a overhead charge of the price. They are directly from the factory, and they charge you a labor fee to put them in. They do simple things like that.

    I was a walk-in and asked if they could get this work done while i waited. They could and the wait was less than an hour. Next service at 55K is more extensive and I will make arrangements to leave the car.

    It was a family referral. It was under guarantee, so he didn't charge anything for it. Normally the price would be about $160 if it hadn't been under warranty. The quality was very good. We call them in the morning and they say, "Come on in the afternoon." They're pretty responsive. He has done oil changes for us, he has checked the brakes for us. Anything that has to be done, if he can't do it himself, he will tell you where to take it to to get it done.

    The people were so nice. I told them that I would like to put a deposit on the car and pick it up in a few days. They said that I could take it home that night, but I decided to wait. I was so excited to pick up my new car a few days later. I confess that I went driving around the city, just enjoying the stereo and the comfortable seats. Then I told my car to call my friend and all of my phone numbers were available through the Bluetooth. My friend commented on how clear the Bluetooth was. There is a really big speaker, on the top of the dash, that the phone comes through. I love my sweet little car, and I'm so glad that they gave me a great deal on the car.

    They guys were really professional, super friendly and will tell you when you to do a repair versus no wait a couple of months or save the money now and deal with it later or whatever. I never go in there feeling like they are trying to do extra work to run the bill up and that's rare to find in a mechanic. All the repair that I've had done there have always come out okay and if I ever had a problem in the future I just take it back to them and they will either fix it or they would fix the new problem that would come up, but I've had to return my car once there and they just waited for about half an hour and gave it right back and with no extra charge.

    Johnny's quotes us $116 for the services. Our dealership quoted us for almost four times as much. Johnny's prices are very reasonable and he does a great job! I highly recommend them! I have been going to them for the past 5 years.

    I am so glad we found Joe & Mike's to use for our truck/van rentals!  It should be a simple process to rent a U-Haul, but we've had problems with two of the other rental sites here where we live in San Pedro, CA.  We gave Joe & Mike's a try in December, and rented a 10 foot truck for two days ($58 total).  My husband did the driving and actual moving, but I handled the rental and turn in process.
    Everything went smoothly from reservation to check-in!
    In January, I wanted to move some large items, but had to do it on my own because my husband was out of town.  I went right back to Joe and Mike's and rented a cargo van rather than a truck.  Again, from my call to reserve the van to my final check-in, everything went perfectly - exactly as it SHOULD.  In fact, tomorrow we're renting the cargo van again, to finally complete our move. 
    I have no doubt that we will use Joe & Mike's in the future.

    He is a good guy.  The dealer is not near as good as this guy.  He did a great job.  He cares a lot.  There is nothing he can not do.  He is busy so you have to make an appointment.
