  I cannot thank Kevin enough for the hard work he put into fixing / replacing / repairing my kitchen cabinets which was totally botched by another ���contractor.��� Kevin is very professional, a perfectionist, friendly, and responsive. I am amazed at the level of detail and effort he put into his work product and the service he provided. More than that, Kevin understood the situation I was in and offered multiple solutions to help fix the disaster I was left with. To put the project in perspective, the previous contractor incorrectly installed cabinets, granite pieces, backsplash, etc. then abandoned the project. The task-at-hand was to salvage what was possible but otherwise replace what couldn���t be ��� all while working in conjunction with the granite guy, tile guy, etc. There were a lot of moving parts. We had contractors walk away from bidding on the job because they were afraid their end work product would not be satisfactory. Kevin rolled up his sleeves and got it done. My wife and I could not be happier with the end result. I recommend Kevin to do any custom kitchens, custom cabinets, and related woodwork. An incredible craftsman and a great guy.   Affordable Flooring Solutions

  The job went very well, but due to additional work requested, it necessitated a little more time than originally scheduled for which he was extraordinarily flexible. Luis Garcia Sr, worked with us to perform the work very professionally. His crew was extremely courteous and went out of their way to work with our family to minimize disruptions to us even though the work entailed the downstairs bath and kitchen (and access to all the necessities such as sink, microwave, stove, and refrigerator). We will probably have additional work done by him on our 2nd floor.

  Very well. Luis Garcia also recommended removal of a small wall in our foyer & adding steps to open up our Living Room & Entry. Luis is experienced, gives solid recommendations, & stands by his work. I recommended Luis Garcia to our neighbor who installed 800 sq ft ceramic tile (faux hardwood).

  They were very protective of my belongings and pictures on the walls and covered anywhere and anything that was near or under where they were working and painting. The mitered corners are perfect. The owner stopped by to check up on the crew and make sure everything was done correctly. They were quick, professional and a very respectful crew. Would use them again anytime.

  Chip is extremely professional and pleasant.  He was meticulous in his workspace and with all details involved in the job.  He was also creative in finding ways to make things work in the way I wanted.  He not only takes pride in his work but also really enjoys it--it's obvious!   Franco first in foremost is professional, trustworthy, dependable, hard-working, meticulous, extremely kind and respectful.  He truly does it all (A To Z) and if you would like any changes due to preference, he will go the extra mile.  We are remodeling key areas in our home to eventually rent out our home in San Elijo Hills.  We were able to save so much money by choosing Franco rather than go with a company that provides a designer / general contractor for the project.  Franco could do whatever we asked of him.  He is busy because he IS everyone's handyman.  That IS a great thing.  He does his absolute best to help with projects when you would like them done.  He however does it all so he will schedule certain aspects of the project on various days.  Again, this is a POSITIVE thing as he wants to do it right and give you the time to do the project right to make his customer happy.  His goal is customer satisfaction.  He had to go back and forth to various stores (Home Depot, Bedrosians) for us because we did not have everything for the project.  He was happy to go and help us in any way.  Franco is truly wonderful.  We actually have adopted him into our family and are currently looking for more projects so we can continue to see Franco on a regular basis.  When we eventually rent our home, Franco will be the handyman we choose to continue to take care of our home and our future tenants.  We are so happy we took the time to read Angie's List and get the recommendation to call Franco.  It was the best decision we made on our home projects!  Thank you so much Franco for all your hard work.  We are forever grateful!

  Rick answered his phone immediately, and he was at the house in 15 minutes.  He hung and painted an interior door and repaired the exterior gate.  His work quality was excellent and his prices were very reasonable.  I definitely would use Ricebuilt Construction again, and definitely recommend Rick Rice to others.

  Best-Rate Repair & Termite Company

  We're very happy with the quality of work we received from Best Rate. Don came a couple days ago to give us a quote. He was on time, and did a very thorough job inspecting the areas needing work. They called us the next day and said they had a cancellation, and got us on the books. Robert and Josh were the guys who came out to actually do the work. They were very punctual -- they said they'd be here at 8:00 a.m., and their trucks pulled into our driveway at 7:59. They have been professional and upbeat while working, and have taken the time to make sure everything was done well. I feel like they went above and beyond our expectations.

  James Bailey

  James is very professional and gave a fair price for the job.  Fixed everything with great quality, including fixing Facia wood that was rotting. Went out of the way to fix some minor things that my wife came up with the last minute. Would definitely recommend him.
