    Coughlin Windows & Doors Inc
This is the second time we've used Coughlin windows and we couldn't be happier! The installers were very courteous (sadly I can't remember their names), and were in and out in under an hour! The window looks and works great!

    Coughlin Windows & Doors Inc
The initial estimate went great, they had some great ideas we hadn't considered. The price was the best offer of all the estimates and they could do the job in two weeks. Steve and Sean showed up right on time. They were very respectful of our home; even brought their own vacuum cleaner. The materials they brought were top quality, everything fit perfectly. These guys are absolute pros. I couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of their work. Now I wish I had ordered windows for the upstairs too. My highest recommendation if you want the best!

Chip is extremely professional and pleasant.  He was meticulous in his workspace and with all details involved in the job.  He was also creative in finding ways to make things work in the way I wanted.  He not only takes pride in his work but also really enjoys it--it's obvious! I am already starting another list of things for Chip to do!

    Ricebuilt Construction Co

Rick answered his phone immediately, and he was at the house in 15 minutes.  He hung and painted an interior door and repaired the exterior gate.  His work quality was excellent and his prices were very reasonable.  I definitely would use Ricebuilt Construction again, and definitely recommend Rick Rice to others.

    Frofix Home Improvements
The.The owner, Saralyn, was requested a quote for the aforementioned services, and she & her husband, Andrew, came to my home & I explained what I wanted done, and after verbally noting the laundry room walls were paneled it would require "special" primer paint that is more costly, but would be no problem.  She then promised a written quote within a few days.  approximately 2 or 3 weeks later they left a message with a neighbor that they would be back in town and will come by.
Saralyn showed up with the estimate and promised to come back with a color chart to chose what color I wanted.  Again she showed up apologizing for not coming back as promised.
I gave her the color chart back and told her the color I wanted. She said she'd be back in 2 days and then 4 days later, again with her attempt to disarm any frustration with laughing and not so funny humor they would be ready to start.
She showed up with her son, Steven,  but said her husband was held up on another job, but would be here soon.  She provided a second quote,  I didn't know about to my mother, who didn't realize there was any change to the original,  and didn't let me know.
She stated that all surfaces, "of course have to be washed and then let dry for a day, then they would apply the primer."  I told her I had a new box of TCP, which she said is what is best to use before painting walls.  I came into the room where her son was washing the walls with a can of Zippo lighter fluid and a rag.  I questioned that and asked why not use the "free TCP" I was offering and their response was this is just as good and went on working.  I later took a cloth with isopropyl alcohol & wiped part of a wall (they were away for lunch) & when I showed them, upon their return, the soiled cloth, Saralyn said " really don't even need to clean the walls when using this primer.  It is that good..."  She and her son completed applying the primer and her husband said he was just going to cap the pipes off under the sink instead of from under the house as originally agreed.  I said No. I want it out of the cabinet for storage.  He continued to balk & said it was going to cost more and went into more & more double talk.  I told him to forget removing the sink and just do the rest of the work on the order.  Saralyn said Andrew would be back to look at front door work she apologized for forgetting to put on the original order/quote.  She had a note of $75. For painting the hand rail at back porch as part of the $1005.00 quote.  I told her forget that & just finish what they were doing.  I'd had enough of her continued attempts to laugh her way into my wallet any further.
The work they completed, not close to originally requested, cost $1008.00.  This is minus the removal work being done, no painting of hand rail & using my paint for the door frames, that they were originally going to supply.
Half the job and higher cost in the end.

    Century Shower Door
They were quick, responsive, and ordered the door timely.

    Mark's Handyman Service
He was on time and did most of the fixes on the list. One of the faucets turned into a more challenging fix, and Mark worked his way through it with extra parts from Home Depot. Overall, I was pleased with the work Mark had done

Fabulous!  We had such a great experience with these guys.  It started on day 1 with each member of the crew introducing themselves, shaking my hand, and assuring me they would make us happy with the experience; and ended with each member of the crew commenting on it being a pleasure to work with us.  They were professional, courteous, clean, respectful, and overall a great group of guys who worked hard, knew what they were doing, and made sure we were informed and satisfied throughout the entire project.  It took about 2 weeks to complete and the price was very reasonable for the scope of work that was done (plus it is all custom).  They cleaned up at the end of each day and were very respectful with the fact we have a dog, toddler and a pregnant woman who had to live in the house while work was being done in each room.  Oh, and did I mention their work is awesome!  They transformed our tract home to look like a beautiful, custom home (or at least it feels that way)!  I would highly recommend this team without any reservation and look forward to working with them again!

West Coast Building & Construction Inc.
It was fair. It wasn't something thorough or something horrible. It was just okay. The man smoked on my property and i am not a smoker and thats the reason i am telling you it was something fair. They did a good job but it could have been a little faster but it was slower. It was an older gentleman and a helper. I did spend more than the deal. I spent an additional 75 dollars for more labour. They responded fast.

    Gates Construction
I contacted Steven and he was quite responsive in returning my request, coming out and preparing a quote/bid, and as well scheduling a time to come do the work.
Steven had a couple scheduling conflicts and thus had to delay a couple day, but he was very quick to tell me ahead of time and was no problem.
When Steven arrived he was professional, quick and the work was done perfectly - with all three of the doors now working exactly as they should and you can't even tell Steven and his team were here!
Great job all around - I will definitely be calling Steven for other things we need done around the house!
