K L Artisan Custom Cabinetry & Finish Carpentry
I cannot thank Kevin enough for the hard work he put into fixing / replacing / repairing my kitchen cabinets which was totally botched by another contractor. Kevin is very professional, a perfectionist, friendly, and responsive. I am amazed at the level of detail and effort he put into his work product and the service he provided. More than that, Kevin understood the situation I was in and offered multiple solutions to help fix the disaster I was left with. To put the project in perspective, the previous contractor incorrectly installed cabinets, granite pieces, backsplash, etc. then abandoned the project. The task-at-hand was to salvage what was possible but otherwise replace what couldnt be all while working in conjunction with the granite guy, tile guy, etc. There were a lot of moving parts. We had contractors walk away from bidding on the job because they were afraid their end work product would not be satisfactory. Kevin rolled up his sleeves and got it done. My wife and I could not be happier with the end result. I recommend Kevin to do any custom kitchens, custom cabinets, and related woodwork. An incredible craftsman and a great guy. Thank you again Kevin!

The process went quite well. The workers were respectful, punctual, and knowledgeable. Not only did they reface the caninets, they also built new ones. They were careful to clean up each day. Melissa (sales and design) shared good ideas and advice guiding us along the way in our decisions. Amazingly, most of the work was completed in 3 weeks. We are thrilled with our new cabinets and countertops!

    PACIFIC KITCHENS INC
We went with Pacific Kitchens after receiving bids for complete kitchen remodels that we in excess of $30,000. Their rep came to our house and gave us all the information on what services they would provided and showed us sample of the doors and hardware they'd be replacing and the wood veneer they'd use on the existing boxes. They kept us informed during the scheduling phase and during the actual work. They replaced all cabinet doors, drawers and hardware and applied cherry wood veneer to the boxes. They also replaced our tile counter tops with granite counter tops. The one thing they didn't bid on was a new tile backsplash, but they gave us a recommendation on a good tile guy. The work was performed pretty much on schedule and totally on budget. We're thrilled with the results. If you can't afford $30,000 to $35,000 for a complete remodel this may be a good option for you. I highly recommend Pacific Kitchens.

Majestic Touch Painting & Decorative Finishes
This project could not have gone better, and we are thrilled with the beautiful new finish on our kitchen cabinets.  We have many positive comments about Phillip and the work he put into our project.  Perhaps the most significant is how pleased we were with the meticulous care Phillip took in ensuring our cabinets would be as stunning as we were hoping they would be.  We often do not see contractors take pride in their work, and Phillip is definitely the exception.  Also noteworthy is that Phillip communicated clearly and thoroughly with us throughout the project--from the beginning stages of finalizing the stain color with our designer, to scheduling the work, to explaining each step day-by-day and preparing us for what would happen the next day, all the way through to explaining how to care for the cabinets after the job was done.  The refinishing process requires a great deal of masking and some inconveniences of having limited use of the kitchen, but Phillip worked with us to make sure that everything was as neat, tidy, and accessible as possible.  The staining of the cabinet doors and drawer fronts took place in our garage, and after the project was done, you would never know the work had been done in there.  From the beginning of this project, Phillip was professional, timely and friendly.  We will definitely be bringing Phillip back in for future projects in our home.

    M. E. Builds
She is a general contractor specializing in bathrooms, kitchens, and tiles, but she can do just about anything. She's a perfectionist and if she does something she is not happy with, she would tear it out and start it over. She can do just about anything when it comes to house building. If she can't do anything, she can arrange for someone to do the job.

    NEW LIFE PAINTING
My husband and I recently purchased a +/-1,500 SF home that the previous owners apparently did not "love"...the walls had lots of dings, dents, bad patch jobs, uneven texture, watery/streaky paint in crazy colors...and don't even get me started on the kitchen cabinets - they had extensive water damage and scratches.  I was dreading finding a painter to turn all that damage into something beautiful; especially after a bad experience with painters we hired a couple years ago.  Fast forward to today and I am so happy that we used New Life Painting!  The owner, Steve, as well as his partner Joe, and fellow painter Mike did a wonderful job.  Family & Friends would call me OCD - or at the very least, extremely detail oriented and New Life Painting exceeded my expectations.  Steve came out and gave us a quote the day after I first called.  He was very patient and kind as I sent him multiple emails asking for detailed explanations of his job process.  His answers were always very thorough and usually arrived in my inbox within a few hours of my emailing him.  Steve put my mind at ease; and to top it off, he was the least expensive of the 3 painters from whom I got quotes!  The overall price included the (very expensive) paint brand of my choice.  They were very accommodating when I had to push back the job by an entire week due to other renovation delays and started on the exact day I needed.  They took care to cover my wood floors and protect fixtures.  They also didn't blink an eye when I asked them to unexpectedly re-texture an entire wall due to a really bad texture job - it would have looked horrible once painted and they wanted their product to look as good as I did.  Not to forget several other unexpected "patch" repairs and a whole lot of sanding old paint drips off doors and walls.  They sanded, prepped, and painted my kitchen cabinets so well, they don't look like they ever had a wood grain finish underneath the new beautiful bright white finish!  Early in their painting process, I noticed a few poor cut-ins, but when I came back the next day they were fixed and looked great!  I assume that's just part of their process - I'm not a painter, so I was happy to have them continue after they assured me those poor cut-ins would be fixed as they continued painting.  Overall, it was a smooth process.  I am very happy with the finished product and highly recommend New Life Painting!

    Granite Transformations
I previously submitted a report of Granite Transformations re the new kitchen countertops, for which I was completely satisfied. However, Granite Transformations also did our kitchen cabinets. GT provided all new wood doors, drawers and hardware and refaced the other existing cabinet surfaces to match. We have a rather large kitchen, with some 32 cabinets, mostly large, and this project was completed in 3.5 days after initial measurements were taken. No demolition was a HUGE PLUS! GT's personnel were professional and always on time, and the work is top quality. We are especially pleased with the European hinges, which are invisible when the cabinets are closed, and love the drawers that slide in easily, and if not pushed fully shut, just whisper slide into place. Same with the cabinets. They don't slam; just softly close. We are extremely pleased with our experience with Granite Transformations for both countertops (separate report) and for the cabinets and plan to use this company when we re-do a bathroom next year.

The phone conversation to make an appointment for an estimate was terrible. I would say to the owner or manager of this company to hire a new secretary. They will lose a lot of business if this Lady keeps answering the phone. There was ZERO customer service!
