    I went into R&D because my car was making an extremely loud noise. Jim took my car for a ride and was able to diagnose the issue very fast. When I told them that I needed my car that afternoon to take my daughter to a dentist appointment, they were able to expedite the part order and make the repair in plenty of time for me to get to my appointment.

    Auto maintenance Services and purchases have all gone well. Good customer service for both service and auto purchases. Service costs are comparable or lower than at other dealers. We have been using them for many years even though there is another Toyota dealer closer closer to where we live because we have been happy with there work.

    Part of their job to increase the price. As a customer, its a B. As a seller, they are just doing their job. Pretty good experience. Price was very good. Car dealer salesman try to increase price. Everyone has to deal with it. They are doing their job, so its hard to rate it.

    Until recently, I have had good experiences with Toyota of Escondido's service department. Unfortunately, the service representative that I attempted to work with during my most recent visit gave very poor service, with inaccurate time estimates and limited communication. She was unprofessional, becoming obviously impatient when I asked for details of unexpected mechanical problems with a car that had been running smoothly prior to the service. When my car was returned to me the next day, I asked for info on a remaining warning light and was told I would have to come back another day. This response was delivered over her shoulder in a disrespectful tone as she walked away. I do not intend to return to this dealership.

    Came in because I was hearing a noise when I applied my brakes.  He diagnosed the issue immediately. I just moved to the area after going to the same shop at my old location for over 40 years.  I was impressed with the knowledge, friendliness and honesty both in dealing with me and with other customers.

    Sebastian was amazing! Firstly, he was very professional, and very responsive on his emails with me while getting the quote and setting up the appointment. He was also very flexible with the scheduling as we (meaning me as the customer) had a lot of complications and ended up moving the appointment around a few times. Also, during the service, we had an incident within our family and we almost had to end the session early-but he was extremely flexible and easy going-making the whole experience easier as we were trying to figure out what we needed to do. We ended up getting the full service, but we definitely have to thank him for working with our craziness. Secondly, the work he did was fantastic! Our 2008 Jeep liberty had needed a good detail for probably 5 years now. It was intense work, taking Sebastian, by himself, 6 hours to complete. However, the length of time was worth it! The car looks new! Some stains we thought we would have to live with are now gone and the whole interior looks as if we just bought it off the lot! Amazing! I highly recommend Sebastian to anyone who is looking for superior quality at a fantastic rate! We're definitely going to be scheduling with him again for our other car!

    Emmanuel was very courteous and punctual. I called mid morning to schedule an appointment and he was able to come to my home address the same day. Price was very competitive and service was quick and efficient. Company uses the specific seals for the windshield, not generic ones. Result is excellent. Would thoroughly recommend North Coast Auto Glass and will definitely use the company again for windshield replacement and repair.

    Rene (sp?) was absolutely fantastic - neat, explained what he was doing, careful of his surroundings! And the finished product is outstanding - makes a major difference in the appearance of our windows and the amount of sunlight that gets into our home! You can't go wrong with this company and this installer!

    Initially drove away without any problems, but encountered a series of issues with "Check Engine" lights over the next few months.  Took the car to local shops (San Marcos), but no physical problems could be found that associated to the engine code.
    The real issues started 14 months later-- the car now has 4500 miles on it, and after a series of electrical systems bugs, the PCU completely failed.  Carl Burger claimed it was out of warranty (their claim was 12mo/36000 miles though "If I had it installed a couple of months later it would have been good for 2 years".)
    Their service folks were exceptionally difficult, unprofessional and dishonest, claiming that they couldn't give me details of my invoice or written warranty "due to HIPPA law".
    I had purchased several cars from them in the late 90s and early 2000s, and they were a solid dealership back then.
    Nowadays, they will avoid any and all work where they don't make a substantial profit.
