    SLO Mow
Don't waste your money with this company. Their staff is unsupervised and irresponsible. Our property was recked by their mastication operator and despite several requests to fix the issue, they were not able to get it right. The owners made un-ending excuses, were unprofessional and difficult to reach while their crew was on our property. They than handed us a huge bill and claimed the mastication operator worked 4 hours more than he actually had. Of course, they were never on the property, so how would they know. Stay away

Very professional. All workers were friendly, and very positive. Work was done very quickly and efficiently.

So far the drain has worked even better than expected. No more flooding, so the job was very well done.

    Hiriarte's Gardening and Yard Work
This company's idea of cleaning your yard is to blow the debris into the neighbor's yard and then deny that they did it.  I have asked them directly to stop using their blower like that but, when they think I'm not looking, they just start doing it again.  The property owner lives in another city. This will be my third time having to call the owner to try and get Hiriarte to stop. The person who is paying them is ultimately responsible and, quite frankly, I am tired of being put in the position of having to make that call.  I would hate to have to take a neighbor to small claims court because of the actions of the company they hired.
We have no problems with other neighbor's gardeners.

We used their service for several years. Started out great. After a while, the bi-monthly service became more of a mow and b*******. Our hedges started growing higher and wider. Weeds started growing in more places. Volunteer trees popping out in several areas (getting several feet high). I had to write an email to them to cut the hedges (which was part of our service) and they try to bill me an extra $400 because they had gotten so overgrown! Umm, when the hedges are part of the service and the workers weren't cutting them, yes they will be overgrown-but it was part of the service we were already paying for!

*I had asked the owner, Shawn, to give me a quote on planting vining flowers on side yard. 6 months later, still no quote. I finally wrote about it again and he said he would order them and call me the following week. No call. I had to follow up.

*My sprinkler was seeping water and I asked them to come take a look at the valve, which was the problem. My father-in law was there and told them not to replace the sprinkler-it was not the problem. They decided to replace the sprinkler and two other sprinkler heads and replace 1 leaking valve and clean the other two. We would have been fine with the fix (and extra unnecessary additions)-had it worked. However, they did not fully test their work and the next day our sprinklers went on at 4 am and never turned off!! So they were running from 4-8am!! When I realized they were on, I tried to manually turn off and they would not. I had to have the neighbor's gardener help me! Shawn sent the worker back out to finish the job. They then billed us for both days! ($300) However the problem was not even fixed. They never even checked in to see if the system was still seeping water. We had to call them out again to fix the issue. another $150- (Shawn said that he initially only replaced the top part of the valve to "save us money" and the entire valve would cost about $80 to install.) Well, his "save us money" route was billed at almost $500. Sorry, not right to bill your customers 3 times for a fix that should have taken one time to fix. If you can't fix the issue, you don't bill for each attempt to try. You communicate with your customer and you give options before trying experimental fixes. Feeling a little fleeced over here! Not going to pay for failed service and broken systems. I told them I will pay for the actual fix.

*Once again, hedges need to be cut and Shawn promises they will be done. I emailed him for two months about the issue. They come on the promised date and leave after an hour with the hedges STILL NOT DONE. I call the office and the rude receptionist Nicole said they continue to work on them at our next services and they would bill us more if they send them back out to finish the job. Sorry, there won't be any more jobs for you guys. This was the final show of lack of integrity and follow through. Shawn is definitely not a man of his word.

    Rebaza Landscaping Maintenance Services
We've been thru 4 landscape companies in as many years.  They all start out the same --- offering you a good price and saying all the things you want to hear.  Unfortunately, after a short amount of time they fall short of expectations.  Thankfully, Rebaza is different.
Our relationship with Rebaza Landscaping began with them coming to clear out some overgrown landscaping.  They were remarkably fast --- cleaned up the area and gave us a fair price.  While Claif and his men were here, he walked around our property and described what he thought needed to be done.  All of his comments were logical and sensible.  I was apprehensive about switching landscape companies AGAIN, but we needed true professionals not another mow-blow-and-go outfit.  Claif assured us he would take care of our yard as if it were his own.
It's been two weeks now and we're very pleased with their progress.  We know it will take time to get our landscaping back in shape, but we can see positive changes each week.  They are punctual, kind and professional.  We've been recommending them to our neighbors and friends.  I'm so thankful to have found Rebaza landscaping!

    Rebaza Landscaping Maintenance Services
I was very pleased with the work that Claif and his crew did.   I had them completely tear out and redo my front and side yards to a more water efficient and lower maintenance landscaping.  Claif is very knowledgeable and had lots of good recommendations on how to achieve the desired results.  He was always responsive and kept the project very manageable and orderly.  I would recommend his services and would use him again on future projects.

    they do the bare min.
any extra they charge you for-
I ask for trees trimmed and a sprinkler installed all which i think are routine except the sprinkler, and they wanted to charge me $350 to do it.

I have been using them since July, 2013 and am very pleased with their work. They never leave any clippings or any other mess. My two next door neighbors use them and the previous owner of my home also used them.

Mike promptly returned my call then visited to review the work I wanted done. He got back to me with a very appropriate estimate (almost exactly the same I paid two years ago for a one time major clean up). He has been here all day with a helper) and is almost finished with this first day cleaning up my neglected yard. He is very knowledgeable about all of the plants, sprinkler/drip system and landscaping issues. I appreciate that he is properly licensed, etc.
I'll post in the future should any of this change - but really - he's a sincere and very nice guy; I find him competitively priced, flexible about scheduling, communicates effectively and is completely professional and eager to please.
He's a keeper. I will have him back to finish my big clean-up and will keep him for regular maintenance.

We recently had our front year re-landscaped after years of a boring, ho-hum average look. Loved working with the owner Al and his crew, Al had lots of creative ideas, yet listened to our input, his crew was a group of hard-working, knowledgeable, polite, and I have to say it again hard-working guys. We love our new front yard, everything is tied in with our house and it's better than the vision we had.
