They came out. My wife used the self-cleaning; it melted the bottom of the oven. It hasn't worked right since, so I wouldn't recommend them. What they did was put in a new cabinet thing. Well, they put in the cabinet worked okay, but the oven doesn't perform. You set it up for 400, and it would be 250. Yesterday, we had the cake in and the only way I could get it up to 325 is if I cut it to 400. I came back later on it was down to 200. The price was $600; I wouldn't have minded the $600 if it worked. The work didn't hold up. The cabinetry's okay, but the rest of the oven quit working. I don't know what they did because they had to take it completely apart and put it back together. That's what held the inside together that's the main part of it. The company who made the stove I wouldn't even give them a good grade, they wouldn't cover the cabinetry. You would think if you have a self-cleaning oven, you would try to see how the temperature would affect the material it was using and it wouldn't melt the bottom of the oven. I'm very disappointed with them. Up until we had that problem, it was okay. I think the main problem is the level couldn't withstand the heat, so it melted and from there it just went downhill.

Same day appointment! Tech determined problem, then gave the option of returning with parts and paying additional labor for repair, or letting me order and install parts. Got parts online, easy to install, and diagnosis was correct - dishwasher back up and running like new.

I wasn't there - my girlfriend was; however, Mike was able to quickly identify and fix our washer quickly.  Several weeks later, there are still no leaks indicating that his diagnosis was correct.

I really feel bad about this call. I rang up Mike's on Monday the 11th to have someone come take a look at my 10 yr-old Kenmore washer, which had begun thumping and banging while spinning.  I was told that they didn't have an opening until Friday the 15th at 2pm.  I wasn't sure if I'd be able to find anyone else sooner, so I went ahead and booked the appointment, but told the scheduler that I was going to look for someone sooner and I'd call back to cancel if I was able to find someone.  Well, I did find another service that came out the same day and recommended it was time to get a new washer. Unfortunately, I completely forgot to call back Mike's and cancel Friday's appointment.

Come Friday, at quarter to 2pm, Mike showed up at my doorstep to take a look at my appliance.  I immediately apologized and explained that I had found a service to come out already and had forgotten to call.  Mike was understanding and, when I asked how much I owed him for his wasted trip, he graciously refused recompense for his time.  He then asked if he could take a look at the washer, just to verify that the advise from the other service was correct.  He agreed that the old Kenmore was on its last cycles, and good-naturedly observed that he'd be able to get off a little early on a Friday.

Even though Mike didn't actually do any work for me, his costumer service and professional demeanor made an impression, and I would certainly give him another call in the future!

Our 10 yr old Kenmore washer was making banging noises when we ran it.  The technician, who showed up the same day I called, gave it a good look-over and determined that it was just wearing out, but the new part and labor to fix it was far more than the machine was worth.  He said it could possibly last for awhile longer, which would give us enough time to shop around for a new one and save the money for it.  For such a short visit, and a little advice, he didn't charge me the service fee.  Great professionalism, and a good way to get repeat customers since I'll most definitely give MMAB a call if any other appliances go out!

I could not have asked for a more polite, efficient or more reasonable price. He was honest and good for his word, which means a great deal to me when dealing with services
