Cellairis Cell Phone, iPhone, iPad Repair
Do not ever shop here, I'm pleading with you! If you do, back up your device first. I went here to ask about a battery and charging port replacement, and if it could be done on a phone as old as mine. I didn't authorize anything, just asked. I was told I would need to call and order in the parts. No offer from the associate to order the parts for me right then and there. Tajar plugged my phone into the charger to see if the issue was as I described, which he did not need to do. I noticed he was holding the phone in an odd way and walked off to discover that my phone was booting in maintenance mode. I panicked and went back asking why my phone saying it is erasing all data, knowing it was performing a factory reset and there was nothing that could be done to reverse it. He claimed no responsibility, was extremely rude and unhelpful, claiming that a phone cannot be reset without unlocking. Unfortunately Galaxy S7 can easily and quickly be factory reset by holding down the up volume and home button keys for about 10 seconds. It is just about impossible to do this by accident, as you have to hold them down hard. Lost 2 years of data. Ended up bringing mall security into things, filing a complaint with the mall about the shop, and will be forwarding the report to Cellairis HQ. The associate there is an absolute clown with no concern for customers or value for their property.

They give a great service, always help me out and fix whatever problem I have. I would recommend them and use them, again.

    AT&T WIRELESS
I don't have a problem with dropped calls. I have good service as long as I'm in an area with good reception. Even in the mountains there are different spots where the phone will work. When I go into the store they try to push for an upgrade and sometimes getting someone to help you is hard. My grandson broke my phone and when I went in they weren't happy about replacing it with another cheap phone. The first person said he couldn't help me, without giving a reason, and I had to be passed down the line.

    EASY TOUCH COMMUNICATIONS
First off, this shares the same store as Easy Travel. Located in the same shop. The phone stuff is kind of a side business here, but they have other stores in the Bay Area that only do phones. I went here because it was convenient. They had the BEST prices for Verizon phones. I was only looking for Verizon, but they sell T-mobile and Cingular also at good prices. I walked out the door with $30 charged to my credit card, and I sent in an $50 rebate to Verizon which I received a couple weeks later. So I netted $20 to get the phone and service started. Other places wanted me to pay $50 - $100 for the phone + setup costs. Got to pick my phone number and it was a new sealed phone from Verizon. No problems whatsoever. Just make sure you know what phone you want (returns are hassle) and read the contract (6 months on same contract necessary).

ClickAway Computer + Phone + Network Repair
Last year, my cell phone gave out and I needed to modify my service plans.  I absolutely dreaded the though of going to the Verizon store in Corte Madera or purchasing online.  I checked out Yelp and noticed there was a new Verizon store in Vintage Oaks--but their reviews weren't great either.  But in searching through those, one of the posters recommended the Clickaway Verizon reseller in San Rafael. I had never heard of them but tried them out.  I've been there twice now and would recommend to others. Changing plans and activating phones needs to follow a process which is not a 5 minute thing.  But mine was done successfully and in relatively short time.  Michael, the store manager, is a whiz and he has helped me both times I have been in.  He also saved me $$ by recommending a different setup for all my devices.  They had similar products/accessories as the Verizon store, but I certainly had a more personable experience with someone who not only has their technical chops, but could listen to and relate to a customer.

    SilentPocket
The product is great.  The silent pocket drops right into my suit jacket pocket and fits is a great fit for my IPhone 5.  It also lives up to it's billing for dropping off the grid.  As soon as my phone drops it, it goes silent and does not recieve any incoming calls/texts/emails/etc until I take it back out.  The materials and construction quality are top notch and the leather exterior shell makes it easy to slide in and out of your pocket.  The website was easy to navigate and checkout process was smooth.  Was shipped to my house with no problems. All said I'm very pleased with both the product and the purchase process.  I highly recommend it to anyone looking for added mobile security and a solution to having meetings interrupted by your phone.

    TracFone Wireless Inc
This is a great way to have an inexpensive cell phone when you don't use it that much. I only use my cell phone maybe once a day for checking in with my wife, and for giving businesses a way to contact me. I don't use it for chit chatting or for having conversations. The cost is $100 for a whole year and they give you 250 minutes, but usually they have special offers for another 100 minutes free. The service coverage is excellent here in the Bay Area, as the phone searches for the best available network, and uses it.

Great service! Took my old Dell desktop in after a "blue screen of death" type crash.  Michael identified the problem quickly, backed up my data to an external drive, and refurbished the computer for classroom use (as I am a high school teacher). While at the store, I noticed a flyer for cell phone repair. My wife's iPhone had been run over by one or more cars and the screen had beed smashed. They fixed it up good as new!

    Verizon Wireless
They are fast and pretty good. I am going to call them because somebody just spammed me with a text message. I want to get off of this and say I don't want to be charged for this. They are always there and know what they are talking about, and they always answer my questions not always favorably.
