    The cost was free. I take it in there whenever the odometer shows it is time and they do service on it. I paid for that upfront on the car when I bought it. I like their cost. That's all their dealership. The cost was free, so it’s great.

    I love the people here:).

    I can call last minute with an  emergency and they always take care of you. Nick goes out of his way updating my recalls with Honda and ensuring your car is running properly and safely. I had major repairs done here last year and can happily say I came back for regular maintenance.

    They are not price gouging and does fair honest work, they always drop my car off by the end of the repair and break down what has to be done and what can be waited on. I am a new homeowner who's budget gets tight finding a good mechanic who is not about overcharging you is worth it's weight in gold!!

    The only hiccup was that the wrong part was shipped to them three time so it took longer to get the car fixed.  They didn't call us to advise us I had advise us of the delay so we had to call them to see what was going on because the car rental agency was asking why we hadn't turned in the rental car.  Other than that, everything went very smoothly and they did an excellent repair job.

    I have been going to them since 2005. They are a neighborhood auto repair shop. They are friendly and straight forward. They do the work at a reasonable priced. They don't recommend jobs that do not need to be done either.

    These clowns are the perfect example of sleazy car salesmen. They are walking cartoons of themselves. They teat people with disrespect and run circles around you without answering any of your questions. They spend so much energy just trying to get your personal information for their database. It is a comedy of errors. They couldn't even answer simple pricing questions without having to "go to my boss" for information, approvals, and little chuckles at our expense.

    If you truly want to be treated with respect and not a "we know what's right for you!" attitude, then do not use this dealership. They are condescending, manipulative, and sneaky. Lying about vehicle availability as well as when discounts can actually be applied. They even kept any printed documents they showed us so we wouldn't have any physical proof of their lies to show Nissan.

    I have a few choice other words to describe them, but I am certain Angie's List wouldn't print them...

    Avoid at all costs.

    I had a great experience with auto service when I lived in the West Bay and I used them over in the San Francisco Peninsula and now I live in the East Bay right below Oakland and there's a guy right down the street that I could probably walk there and he's great so I use him. He's local. They work on everything. They work on ambulances so the ambulance's company is not going to send their stuff to some fly-by-night. I just moved here about a year ago so I've been using him for about a year. He is pretty inexpensive which is another thing I like about them. He knows cars. Sergio runs the front office and is Vic's cousin. I go to Jiffy Lube or something and it costs me $100-something for oil change but when I go over there, it's $30. They are really good, they are cheap, and they are nice. I have to have my timing belt redone and it is going to take 2 days so I was waiting for the holidays to be over with before I did that but that's another thing that I have to do over there and I already called them and asked them how much that is going to cost me and they said it is $450-$500 which is pretty cheap for a timing belt. It's a group of cousins that all run it. It's family run so it's nice and it's personable. I've never had any problems with punctuality. They are pretty casual but they are definitely professional. I will absolutely continue to use them.

    It was great!  They deduced that the engine problems weren't as severe as I'd thought and ended up getting me back on the road quickly.  Furthermore, I appreciated their honesty about which repairs were necessary even though I was from out of town and wouldn't be a repeat customer.  I also thought that the price was reasonable given the circumstances.

    The wait time just to have someone take the order to perform an oil change on my car was ridiculously long. They are under-staffed and under-trained. The clerks were totally unfamiliar with ill-trained to even work the computer system. The manager had to step in and assist. All together, it left me with the impression that these people were not highly trained to even properly do my oil change. They need better customer service.

    The staff is very good and very accommodating. The service has been fine. I’m surprised at the amount of times I have to go in for this car. I keep the file on every time I go in there. The car is only a 2008 car and the file is at least an inch think and that doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t drive that car a lot. I felt like the staff knows me. The dealership themselves are fine. They are very upfront with me. They do good service and very accommodating. They do a good job. I have no issues with them but I have issues with VW. It doesn’t make sense that I have to go back all the time for my car. I think they are so overpriced.
