    Mega Clean Air is an excellent company. Adam arrived on time and was very professional. He had all the replacement parts needed in his truck My dryer now meets code. Adam took the time to do the job right. It is hard to find a company that takes pride in their work. Thanks to Adam, my clothes dryer is now safe and works like new. They are honest and charge a fair price. I will be using this company again.

    We had a refrigerator that was periodically leaking water on the floor. Not an emergency, but Bob came to our house the next day. He was on time and proceeded to troubleshoot the problem. This required extensive disassembly and reassembly of the freezer compartment which he approached in a straightforward and professional manner. Bob had the proper tools and knowledge and accomplished the entire job in about an hour. We're very pleased with the job Bob did and would hire him again for large appliance repairs.

    The service provided by Jeff was excellent! My initial call to him was about the frozen fan which wasn't making ice cubes and refrig wasn't working when we returned from vacation. He explained this model of LG must have the doors completely closed (which they weren't) in order for it to work properly. He told me how to unfreeze the fan and call him back if I was still having a problem. His advice worked, however, the ice maker quit working. He came out the following morning and said the ice maker needed to be replaced. Jeff ordered a new one and installed it a few days later. All is good now. Jeff was great! I would use Shubin's again.

    When I called Action Appliance Repair, Sue (the office manager/dispatcher) arranged for her repair team (Mark and Mark, father and son) to come to the house later the same day. They identified two problems, repaired one immediately, and ordered a part which they returned and installed three days later. In the interim, they placed a portable fan at the the rear of the refrigerator so as to allow it to function until the new part (fan motor) arrived. Due to their efforts, I was able to keep a refrigerator that has sentimental value and would have been disruptive and expensive to replace. I could not be more pleased with the service they provided, and for this I thank Sue, Mark Sr. and Mark Jr. They really went above and beyond. Their excellent reputation in the local community is fully deserved.

    I never write reviews. We have been very frustrated with New Life Appliance Repair for weeks. New Life was assigned to fix our Kitchenaid dishwasher under our KitchenAid Extended Service Plan with Kitchenaid. Our firsy contact with them was July 7, 2017. It took them several weeks to get parts to repair the dishwasher. Their back office appears to be very unorganized. It took them weeks just to get the parts ordered. After several weeks the parts finally came in. A nice repairman came out and installed the parts on August 19th (6 weeks after our initial call. When repairman said he was done, I went in to check the dishwasher. It worked only intermittently. He then worked on it some more. He came back and said he found a loose connection and it was working now. I believed him (stupid me). After he left I turned on the dishwasher to confirm that it worked, only to find it still worked intermittently. I called New Life and talked to Christie. She explained that I needed to wait 24 hours to see if the dishwasher was still not working. I explained to her that the dishwasher would run for a few second, then stop. Then the lights and controls would go dark. Then it would restart and go back through that cycle. She still said I had to wait 24 hours. She would not schedule a follow-up appointment. She told me I had to call back on Monday (today is Saturday). They will not call me back. Christie should not be answering service calls. She had a condescending tune to her voice. With the worst service imaginable, I cannot understand how this company stays in business. I would recommend everybody stay away from this company unless you enjoy being frustrated by extremely poor service. I contacted KitchedAid and they are sending out another appliance repair company.

    Rick came the same day. Quickly diagnosed the problem with the dryer, replaced the part and accurately determined the reason the part had to be replaced. Strongly recommended having the dryer ducking be professionally cleaned because it is 15 ft from the dryer to the outside. He called to follow-up the next day. I highly recommend him.

    Rick's Appliance Service is who I call when one of my appliances needs TLC. He has repaired my washing machine, clothes dryer and refrigerator over the years, breathing new life into each of them. Rick is very good at diagnosing the problem and repairing it on the spot.     Rick looked at the problem but recommended having the manufacturer's service department handle the repair. Rick gave us a similar recommendation for a problem a few years ago with an oven (GE). We contacted a different independent and they took apart the oven, only to discover that they needed diagnostic assistance only available to GE technicians. After that experience, we decided to trust Rick in all matters related to appliance repair.

    The gentleman that came out here too care of the problem that we had and we have been doing okay with it since then.

    We had a very pleasant experience with this person from Sears. We told him what the problem was, I think he went above and beyond to take care of it for us and he explained very well how it had all come to be. 

    He was respectful and he knew his material mean he knew what was going on he knew exactly what the issue was. He helped us you know he gave us some tips and he it was on older refrigerator so, and he just was all around just good we expected him to fix it for us and he did.
