DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I need the structure of a regular schedule as well as the accountability in order to stick to a workout program. On my own, I don't do it. From the very first month I knew this gym and the trainers were different and that it would be a very good investment in my health and wellbeing. (My doctor pointed out how much cheaper my membership fees were, compared to a hip replacement or cardiac surgery.) I regularly participate in the Boot Camps (max 22 people), as well as Semi-Private workouts (max 4 people)which are taught by all of the FAT trainers. For the first time in my life, I actually looked forward to workouts and gained satisfaction from my progress. On of the benefits I really appreciate is that members do not have to put together a group of 4 people for semi-private training. Whether other people show up or not, the workout is conducted as scheduled and I do not have to pay extra or cajole others to workout with me. | |I cannot believe the difference 12 months made in my appearance, energy, physical strength and self-esteem. You could not find a more knowledgeable, caring and supportive group of trainers. Every trainer addresses every member by name, and they always demonstrate and explain proper form before we start. Class size is limited so members can get individual coaching and corrections and/or learn variations for individual limitations. The workouts are never the same twice, and I have never been bored. I credit the trainers' deep expertise, experience and personal commitment to my success. They showed me how to work around my initial physical limitations (wrist injury, lower back pain, sciatic nerve issues) to build strength, tone muscles, reduce body fat, and lose 25 lbs and 2 clothing sizes. I am thrilled to be donating my now-baggy clothing. | |I believe that any personal transformation is a lifelong process of becoming the person we want to be. I like them because they are attentive, they do what I ask, they challenge me a lot, and they are fun. They are good at motivating; they send things via email. I highly recommend them. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I use Fast Action Training for fitness training. I was there last week. It's a boot camp but they also do personal training. I go for personal training because I have issues with degenerative neck muscles. I have been very weak and have been losing the range of motion of my arms. They have been working with me, basically like physiotherapy, and now we are working on strengthening and balance because I'm a middle-aged woman.
