ASo Cal Builders & Design IncSo Cal Builders, replaced our roof, damaged drywall in our living and resurfaced our cabinets. They install a new sink and faucet, backsplash and quartz countertops. Our outdated 30 year old kitchen was transformed into a modern and gorgeous kitchen. The drywall in our living was replaced. Our living room was painted and looks better than it did before. We are pleased to have a much needed new roof. Everyone who worked in our home wore a mask and practiced social distancing. We highly recommend So Cal Builders to our friends and family.- Bridget A.

They always showed up on time, due to covid-19 they wore mask, gloves and maintained a distance of 6 feet. We have replaced our tub Combo with a walk in shower and a stand-alone tub for more of a luxury style. Thank you KB Experts for assisting me with the designs, ideas and choosing the right materials. We selected Avi as our contractor, from several we had interviewed, for the following reasons: 1. His bid was very detailed oriented and we are used to working that way. 2. When we communicated with him, he was very responsive and always addressed our concerns and questions. He even caught mistakes or omissions on our plans. His emails were very well written and easy to understand. 3. He was very professional, punctual, and business-like, yet personable at the same time. We also felt that he really knew what it took to build a home. 4. He was willing to work with us on keeping our costs down by giving us credit for the appliances and flooring that we had already purchased. Avi did not disappoint. The construction went well, and if there was an issue, Avi figured out a solution every time. We would certainly hire him again if the need would arise.- sandy h.

SoCal builders installed hardwood floors throughout, fully remodeled 3 baths and a full paint job. We then decided to retile the kitchen. AVargas Plastering did an outstanding job for me. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleaned up after they were finished. Jonathan Vargas is the owner and a king among contractors. He runs his business with good old fashioned integrity and lots of customer service. I had a bad experience with a previous contractor and Jonathan fixed it for me. He took time to explain every step and offered options along the way. To my surprise, he did not try to steer me towards the most expensive option either. You cannot go wrong with this company. If you need stucco work or repair, look no further. You found the right company. Give Jonathan a call.

AGreat! Denise called me right back. I sent her photos of the job site and lighting fixtures. They quoted me a price and set up a time that same day with technician. Then Oscar called and asked if he could come by earlier than our appointment time since he was available and nearby. I said sure . Where have I got to go in a pandemic? He did the work quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, wore a mask and was done in less than an hour. He went the extra yard and sealed any gaps with silicone which he didn't have to do. I even got an Angies list discount. Definitely recommend.
