CSupreme Remodeling IncI was extremely disappointed. The salesman was really nice but the work was less than desirable. It wasted a whole lot of money. I showed them the tile I wanted and I described what I wanted. He showed me a picture of the tile. When it got there, it didn't look right. He used ceramic tile instead of a slab. He said he was going to use the slab. It was a wavy tile and it's light. It's ceramic. The second thing was he asked what we wanted over the mantel. We didn't get a mantel because he didn't think a mantel would look right and he was right. We wanted the TV above the fireplace. The guy came to the house and we bought the TV. They put the tile up and made a hole. They had it in the wrong place. My husband assisted on fixing it. He put the TV upside down. He said they did it as a courtesy and they've never done it before. The third thing that really ticked me off was that they had to take the curtains down and the curtains have those rings that you open and close the curtains. When they put it back up, it's just hanging loose. They didn't even have the decency to put the curtain rod on. The pricing was good. The work was shoddy.- Mattie H.

ADo It Right Blinds and ShuttersWhat a pleasurable experience! Brad is great. He wants it done correctly so he is on every job. When we initially sat down to discuss what we wanted, he was very instrumental in helping us make our decisions. We have a 120 lb. dog who jumps on the window sill in the living room to look outside and we talked about ways and materials we could use so he could still do that without destroying the shutters. He told us exactly how long it would take to get the shutters and blinds. He also told us it would take him about 3 hours to install and that's exactly how long it took. He is humble and honest and it comes across. He told us that the name of the company represents his own personal credo..."Do It Right." We have another bedroom that is going to need something and we will definitely use him again.

AReseda Shade CoThere was a problem getting through to Reseda Shade on the phone last week, but they noticed my phone number on their caller I.D. and telephoned me the same morning to see what they could do for me.
Luis came out the same day and measured for the new track. The estimate was $150, but I was able to use my Angie's List 10%-off coupon. Luis returned this morning with the new track, which he installed with no problem. He tested the opening and closing, and then asked me to test it. It worked perfectly.
Later on, I received a call from the owner of Reseda Shade asking if I was satisfied with the work, and that I should call if any problems come up. Really good service from start to finish.

AReseda Shade CoI called Reseda Shade Company on August 5th to find out about purchasing new mini-blinds. Erasto answered the phone and we made an appointment for him to come out on August 7th to measure. He was very courteous and showed up on time with step ladder and tools. He measured the window and the old blinds many times. (Measure twice, cut once.) I liked that he took such care with getting it right. He ordered the blinds and they came in on the 16th. We arranged to have them put up on the 19th. He arrived on time again and it took about 30 minutes for the process. He cleaned up the space afterwards of old blinds trash and new blinds box and wrapping. I appreciated that, too.

ANANTUCKET SHUTTER SHOP INCHe has a very small shop but he comes to the house. The estimate was free. He was punctual and did great work. There was a little mark on the first shutter after he installed it. He took it out and fixed it and brought it back and put it back in. He stood by his work. I would use him again.- Tony A.

The prices are amazing compared to the other window treatments I purchased through my builder's interior designer. I wish I had more windows to do and discovered Reseda Shade Co sooner. I would have saved a bundle. Installation was very quick. I can't think of one negative about the experience from start to finish. I was pretty sure about what I wanted, he selected the matching color to my other blinds and suggested separate blinds for the pato sliders. I'm loving all my blinds.- Elene P.
