    I canceled Fios after three or four weeks because it took five different button pushes on their controller to get a TV program. So, I said nothing doing with that and I went back to DirecTV. I know that just for their telephone service and their mobile phone service it was going to be more money than I was paying for everything else. Their cable TV was just awful. We went back to DirecTV, that we had had before that. I was told at the Verizon store that there would be no early termination fee. It turns out that there's a $200 early termination fee. The picture quality, once we got it, was fine.

    Was a large install, three big screens. Staff made sure locations would support equipment, viewing area was optimal. All equipment was unpacked, installed, and set up for turn key operation. Staff spent time demonstrating use of multiple features. By the time they left I was thoroughly familiar with the systems and their operation. I avoided the frustration of a self install for a very reasonable price.

    Wow!  Things Have CHANGED!! Not for the better.....
    I had a greatexperience with these folks moving me two years ago.  So good In fact, still on another review board today, is my glowing review. They were so good, I gave their name to my son and they moved him a year later.
    The reason for writing this review update is that I guess things have CHANGED SUBSTANTIALLY.
    I called their offices TODAY as I am again moving and very much wanted to do business with them again.  I called and got their Operations Manager, Joey Meeks, on the phone today.  As I was describing where we are geographically, Joey began to seem very hesitant to want my business.  I asked him about that hesitancy and he suddenly got all offended and then literally 1) BLEW UP AT ME on the phone and then 2) HUNG UP ON ME!!  This is a HUGE problem if your considering using them
    moving as the Operations Managers runs all the details and logistics of your move.
    Suffice it to say, I won't do business with these guys any more and could no longer recommend that you do either.  This is a
    shame, these guys were great to me last time (referenced by my Yelp review and giving them my sons business).  I feel betrayed because I wrote such a good online review for them 2 years ago and gave them my sons business as well.
    As a business owner myself, I can't think of anything that would ever justify hanging up on a highly referenceable
    customer.  If he was on my payroll, by 5pm tonight HE'D BE ON THE STREET

    When I arrived I had to wait because the gentleman I was to see was occupied with a family who had come in about a death that had just happened.  They gave me a bottle of water and I watched a video about their services while I watied.  He came to get me and took me to an upstairs room where we sat at a conference table and went over all the details.  I told him I was interested in cremation and he explained that they were contracted with another outfit to do the cremations and he answered all me questions clearly about how that would be handled.  After we went over all my options, we set up an estimate with all my choices.  He gave me a folder to take home and I went home and thought about it a few days.  When I decided on Custer Christiansen, I called and made another appointment to finalize the arrangements.  They gave me just as much time and attention the second time.  The price actually came out a little lower than the original estimate.  I like the small homey feeling of this place nestled in little downtown Covina.  I could imagine my family and friends feeling comfortable paying their last respects here.

    As my mother was under hospice care for, what turned out to be, 2-1/2 months, my husband and I made pre-arrangements for her cremation. Krissy assisted us in this endeavor and was professional, compassionate and personable. The process went very smoothly; we were provided with a precise estimate of costs; and there were no "hidden" fees discovered after the fact.
    After my mother passed away and I contacted Todd Memorial Chapel (TMC), Krissy and other staff members handled my questions/concerns with compassion and a sense of importance (which we greatly appreciated). They were all very clear, and everything they said was exactly what happened.
    The cost of the services provided by TMC was quite affordable when compared to other mortuaries/funeral homes in the area. The comforting part of "family owned and operated" rings true with TMC; understandably, they are very sensitive to financial concerns in the face of making arrangements for a loved one who has passed away. My husband and I both will use TMC's cremation services when it's "our time".
    Ultimately, the treatment we received at TMC made me feel like my mother would be treated with the dignity and respect she so richly deserved. Thank you to Krissy, and other staff members we dealt with, at Todd's Memorial Chapel.

    This cause a billing issue with our Medicare program which denied the claim. Magan Clinic had to write justification for these test and we have been going back and forth with them over these claims for almost one year.

    The worker had a great attitude and got the job done in about 45 minutes. Because of early delays that he had on other jobs, he was not able to get to us until late in the day. He was about 3 hours late. After I called the main office, he got in touch with me and keep in touch until he arrived to do the job.
